"The Boy Is Mine" is a song recorded by American R&B; singers Brandy and Monica. It was written by LaShawn Daniels, Fred Jerkins III, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins and Brandy with co-production by Darkchild and Dallas Austin, and released as the lead single from both singers' second albums during the second quarter of 1998. The song's lyrics tell a story about two women disputing the love of a man and were inspired by Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson's 1982 duet "The Girl Is Mine".
"The Boy Is Mine" was the first number-one pop record for both artists, both stateside and internationally. Exploiting the media's presumption of a rivalry between the two young singers, the song became one of the most successful records of the year, spending a record-breaking thirteen weeks on top of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 during the Summer of 1998, and it reached the top five on most of the other charts on which it appeared.

The Boys is a 1998 Australian drama film directed by Rowan Woods. The screenplay by Stephen Sewell is based on the play by Gordon Graham, first performed by Griffin Theatre Company directed by Alex Galeazzi.
After serving time in prison for an assault on a liquor store-owner, Brett Sprague is released from prison and returns home to his two brothers and their girlfriends, mother, stepfather, and girlfriend. Things have changed, and as Brett begins to drink his way through the day, he regains his "top-dog" position one argument at a time. This power-trip gets Brett and his brothers united in rage against their girlfriends and mother, and they are involved in a heinous crime. The aftermath of the night unfolds through the story with flashforwards.
The Boys is Rowan Woods' directorial debut, and actor Peter Hehir's last film before he retired from acting. Woods "aimed to achieve a combination of documentary-style naturalism with the edge of a thriller." Woods also said that the first time he read the play, he felt "it was an Australian story that had to be told. (...) This is the inside story of a family in crisis, of three boys on the day before a nasty crime takes place, of which they are accused." The producer of the film, Robert Connolloy had also produced the play. Shooting was made on location in a rented house in Maroubra, an eastern suburb of Sydney.

Sorry guys I have a little bit of bad news to give you all,
I may be stopping the anime transcriptions for a while.
let me fill you in a bit here and go on a little rant.
Here I am, using this video (which i've had sitting on my desktop for a few months waiting for a reason to be uploaded) to explain my lack of transcriptions lately.
So recently I've had little to no motivation to transcribe or anything of the sort, I've still been playing piano and uploading occasionally, just not as much as my usual.
I have been learning songs and trying to transcribe at the same time. For the past few weeks, every time i go to transcribe I end up doing a quarter of a song before get depressed and dropping it.
I've dropped 4 songs in the past 2 weeks because I feel like shit when I write the sheets. (welcome to nhk op, Glassy sky, Haruhi OST god knows, rising hope)
I don't know what it is that i'm feeling or why i'm feeling this way but it is what it is i guess.
I think it may be because I'm not really experimenting with transcriptions as much as i'd like to, they all follow the same left hand patterns with melody on the right. no fancy techniques. just the plain old simple stuff.
My problem is that If i take the time and do it how I like, i'd probably only get 1 video a month out which is way slower than i had initially hoped for.
I was thinking of doing an improvisation of a few simpler songs to keep the channel active as I am currently studying for my grade 6 classical exams. I may even upload my exam pieces once i learn them since they're pretty easy.
Anywho, If you managed to read through all of this, thanks for being patient and supporting me to almost 700 subs :O
If you feel you have some advice i'd love to hear it!

Boys from the Blackstuff was written by Liverpudlian playwright Alan Bleasdale, as a sequel to a television play, The Black Stuff. The British Film Institute described it as a "seminal drama series", a warm humorous but ultimately tragic look at the way economics affect ordinary people. TV's most complete dramatic response to the Thatcher era and as a lament to the end of a male, working class British culture.
The series follows the stories of the five now unemployed men who lost their jobs due to the events of the original play The Blackstuff. Set in Bleasdale's home city of Liverpool, and reflecting many of his own experiences of life in the city, each episode focuses on a different member of the group.
The series was highly acclaimed for its powerful and emotional depiction of the desperation wrought by high unemployment and
a subsequent lack of social support. Although the series is and was noted by many reviewers as a critique of the Margaret
Thatcher era, which was seen as being responsible for the fate of many of the unemployed lower and working classes, particularly in the North of England (and in fact fuelling the North-South divide), most of the series had actually been written in 1978 during Labour's James Callaghan's prime minister-ship, therefore preceding Thatcher's Britain by a year. Unemployment stood at a 40-year high of more 1.5 million by the summer of 1978, compared to some 600,000 just four years earlier, but by early 1982 had reached 3 million (some one in eight of the workforce) as a result of economic recession and restructuring of industry.
Indeed the most memorable and poignant of the characters was Yosser Hughes, a man driven to the edge of his sanity by the loss of his job, his wife, the authorities' continued attempts to take his children away from him and his constant attempts at salvaging his male pride 'often being the main give-away of his insecurity'. His catchphrases, "Gizza' job!" ("give us a job") and "I can do that!" became part of the popular consciousness of the Eighties, summing up the mood of many who sought desperately for work during the era.

Ludhiana boys lifted the overall trophy in under-12 category in the 31st Punjab State Junior Swimming Championship at Mohali. All 22 districts of Punjab participated in the championship and boys from Ludhiana swimming association outperformed all. Boys won as many as seven medals, including four gold medals ...
