Varun informs Urvashi and she is worked up. He urges her to find a solution soon, so she asks him to get ready to visit the hermitage. On the other hand, Saloni meets Gurumaa and informs her that her faith in Swamiji has proved fruitful. Gurumaa accuses her for doubting Swamiji's powers but Saloni assures her that she did not and was only afraid for a while. Just then, a man from the hermitage informs Saloni that Swamiji will be performing a religious ceremony the next day and distributing Holy Water to a few devotees. He assures her that if she gets it, then no force of the world can stop her husband from recovering. Meanwhile, Varun berates Nahar for believing Saloni and urges him to have only his medicines. Nahar asserts that he is indeed feeling better after having Swamiji's medicine. However, Varun warns him that feeling better may also be one of the last symptoms of his illness. Varun gives him the drugs. On the other hand, Manno Bhabhi tells Saloni over the phone that she wants her to emerge victorious and bring her husband back hale and hearty. Just then, Saloni sees Varun and calls out his name. Manno Bhabhi is surprised to know that Varun is at the hermitage when he had asked her not to go! Meanwhile, Varun is extremely displeased when Saloni insists that she will not give Nahar the medicines prescribed by him and throws it away. Urvashi suggests to a worried Varun that they must prepare a new report now that will break Nahar completely, but it must happen when Saloni is not around. Just then, Manno Bhabhi phones Varun and before the phone can ring, he accidentally presses the `Talk' button. Manno Bhabhi is stunned to hear him say that he must convince Nahar with the new report that the Holy Water will have no effect. Varun says that his motive will be incomplete until he kills Nahar! Manno Bhabhi phones Saloni but before she can answer, someone accidentally pushes Saloni and her phone falls in water! She then phones Nahar but his phone is on silent. Soon, Manno Bhabhi's phone too stops working. She calls from the public booth but Varun picks Nahar's phone. A worried Varun removes the SIM card. Saloni goes to order food, so Varun requests Nahar to give him his blood sample for a few more tests. Meanwhile, Tara removes a frock for Shweta and some files fall from Nahar's cupboard. Brijesh tells Tara that he will keep the files back. Brijesh then sees Nahar's reports and is devastated to learn that Nahar has meningitis!
