Welcome to my surprise 800 Subscriber Special my friends, where I want to share my experiences with juicing! I apologize for the quality not being the best as I ended up using my cell phone because my hd webcam decided not to work. But I don't think it's too bad :D
Over my 6 or so months of juicing I have noticed several benefits including my acne clearing up, my energy level greatly increasing, and my susceptibility to getting sick (common colds, etc) becoming much less frequent!
Using my Omega Vert 350 masticating juicer, I use the following recipe to make juice that lasts 3 days (you could substitute some vegetables for others for your own liking):
*Half a pack of celery
*5 to 7 carrots
*2 Cucumbers
*2 Apples (Could use strawberries for a nice taste change)
*3 Lemons
*1/3 of a large bag of Kale Greens
I realize that the Omega Vrt350 is rather expensive. You can buy much cheaper juicers that will also provide the benefits of juicing. Plus, the cheaper juicers (non-masticating) are also nice in that you don't have to chop up the vegetables quite as small as you must for the Omega Vrt. Unfortunately, with those the juice has the downside of not lasting as long, so you can't make as large a batch resulting in you having to make it more frequently.

I've finally gotten things to where I can mostly work while streaming-- the video quality isn't great, but I'm sacrificing that to get as high quality audio as I can. There are a few audio problems, and the video cuts out early for some reason, but I'll be working on this track in the coming days.

Citrus
Citrus is a common term and genus (Citrus) of flowering plants in the rue family, Rutaceae.
The most recent research indicates an origin in Australia, New Caledonia and New Guinea. Welcome to my surprise 800 Subscriber Special my friends, where I want to share my experiences with juicing! I apologize for the quality not being the best as I ended up using my cell phone because my hd webcam decided not to work. But I don't think it's too bad :D
Over my 6 or so months of juicing I have noticed several benefits including my acne clearing up, my energy level greatly increasing, and my susceptibility to getting sick (common colds, etc) becoming much less frequent!
Using my Omega Vert 350 masticating juicer, I use the following recipe to make juice that lasts 3 days (you could substitute some vegetables for others for your own liking):
*Half a pack of celery
*5 to 7 carrots
*2 Cucumbers
*2 Apples (Could use strawberries for a nice taste change)
*3 Lemons
*1/3 of a large bag of Kale Greens
I realize that the Omega Vrt350 is rather expensive. You can buy much cheaper juicers that will also provide the benefits of juicing. Plus, the cheaper juicers (non-masticating) are also nice in that you don't have to chop up the vegetables quite as small as you must for the Omega Vrt. Unfortunately, with those the juice has the downside of not lasting as long, so you can't make as large a batch resulting in you having to make it more frequently.

Welcome to my surprise 800 Subscriber Special my friends, where I want to share my experiences with juicing! I apologize for the quality not being the best as I ended up using my cell phone because my hd webcam decided not to work. But I don't think it's too bad :D
Over my 6 or so months of juicing I have noticed several benefits including my acne clearing up, my energy level greatly increasing, and my susceptibility to getting sick (common colds, etc) becoming much less frequent!
Using my Omega Vert 350 masticating juicer, I use the following recipe to make juice that lasts 3 days (you could substitute some vegetables for others for your own liking):
*Half a pack of celery
*5 to 7 carrots
*2 Cucumbers
*2 Apples (Could use strawberries for a nice taste change)
*3 Lemons
*1/3 of a large bag of Kale Greens
I realize that the Omega Vrt350 is rather expensive. You can buy much cheaper juicers that will also provide the benefits of juicing. Plus, the cheaper juicers (non-masticating) are also nice in that you don't have to chop up the vegetables quite as small as you must for the Omega Vrt. Unfortunately, with those the juice has the downside of not lasting as long, so you can't make as large a batch resulting in you having to make it more frequently.
