We have banked with the ANZ for about 30 years and they have always been very good and helpful if we had any problems. The Credit card (platinum frequent flyer) is very good and has good travel insce included.

They sent me a credit card i couldn't afford and i got stuck with it for 5 years. Don't want to know what it cost me in the end, possibly thousands. Banks suck, it is an essential service. $5 a month for an essential service.
