Minute Vinyasa
Yoga Practice - Get Spacious, Get
Joyous
This is a well-rounded, little-bit-of-everything kind of practice. The pace is conscientious, giving us room to refine our movements, to deepen our breath, and to amplify our experience of each moment.
This practice gives you freedom to take the style of vinyasa that most suits your body today.
I wrote a blog post to accompany this video: "How to Cultivate More Joy in the Practice." You can read it here:

BEGINNER-LEVEL PRACTITIONERS: I offer beginner variations for each asana, and then I offer chances to deepen if you wish to. If your body wouldn't mind taking on the challenge, then take it deeper; but if you're pain signals are firing, or if you're feeling stressed in the practice, then find a way to make yourself reasonably comfortable!
Skip any vinyasas you need to. Do not feel discouraged if you can't yet do every stage of each asana. There is no finish line: the trick is to know you've already crossed it. You've already arrived. So take in the fresh air and enjoy!
INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
LEVEL PRACTITIONERS: Take your practice where it wants to go. I suspect there will be some who deem this practice too slow (or, ackk, too "boring"). I hope you'll find a way to love every nuanced little moment of the session, and I hope that extends into every nuanced little moment of your life.

I get the feedback
a lot that you'd like to hear some soft music along with my video. Because of licensing issues, I can't run a track along with my video, but I CAN
point you to a couple of Spotify playlists that would go well to this video. These are the playlists I use in my classes. My user name on Spotify is Leigha
Butler. If you find me, look for the playlists called either, "
Fluidity," "
Earth," "
Smile," or "
Breathe." They meet the tone and intention of this class.
Thank you as always for watching.
Comment to let me know what you'd like to see.
Joy!
