M39, M-39 or M.39 may refer to:
The Mosin–Nagant (Russian: Винтовка Мосина, ISO 9: Vintovka Mosina) is a five-shot, bolt-action, internal magazine-fed, military rifle, developed by the Imperial Russian Army in 1882–91, and used by the armed forces of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and various other nations. It is one of the most mass-produced military bolt-action rifles in history with over 37 million units produced since its conception in 1891, and in spite of its age it has shown up in various conflicts around the world even up to the modern day, being plentiful, cheap, rugged, simple to use, and effective, much like the AK-47 and its variants.
During the Russo-Ottoman War of 1877–1878, Russian troops armed mostly with Berdan single-shot rifles suffered heavy casualties against Turkish troops equipped with Winchester repeating rifles, notably at the bloody Siege of Pleven. This showed Russian commanders the need to modernize the Imperial Army.
In 1889, three rifles were submitted for evaluation: Captain Sergei Ivanovich Mosin of the Imperial Army submitted his "3-line" caliber (.30 cal, 7.62mm) rifle; Belgian designer Léon Nagant submitted a "3.5-line" (.35 caliber, 9mm) design; and a Captain Zinoviev submitted another "3-line" design. (One "line" = 1/10".)

Last week we took a road trip up to Classic Firearms in Monroe, NC to film the last shipment of Finnish M39 rifles that will soon be available for sale. Classic purchased a large private collection of nearly 14,000 rifles last year which represents likely the last remaining M39s on the market. After this last batch is sold, the only place to procure these fine firearms will be the open market at local gun shops, gun shows and through outlets like Gun Broker and the like. These rifles are highly underrated and rival the K31 in the accuracy department and are much more rare. Only around 102,000 of these rifles were ever produced, that's a ratio of 1:362 compared to the production of Russian M91/30s and 1:5 compared to the production of Swiss K31s. This is the M39 I just got from Classic Firearms. I don't buy from them often but I am pretty happy I did this time. Ammo used was Bulgarian Light Ball (147Grn) and a few rounds of East German practice ammo made it in (123Grn).
Short shooting review at the farm comparing the accuracy of a 1941 FInnish M39 VKT Nagant Rifle and a 1943 Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 Izhevsk "Izzy" Rifle. The biggest difference between these two Mosin variants is that the Finnish M39 has a much better trigger complete with spring tension and the barrel is essentially free floated and made to higher standards than the 91/30. Plus the stocks are designed differently with the M39 designed to take more recoil allowing the shooter to get on target faster and shoot for extended periods of time. The Izhevsk was more mass produced and crudely thrown together during the middle of fighting in WWII, but still has all matching serial numbers. The Finnish M39 was put together in 1941 with captured Russian Mosin parts thus it has no matching s...
When you walked into my world
I was someone else's girl
Every time you look in my eyes
All that I felt somehow dies
No no no no
Can't you see what you're doing to me
No no no no
Don't look at me with that smile
Don't act like everything's fine
Stop putting dreams in my head
When I should've thought of him instead
When you say the things you do
It makes me want to be with you
And every time that he kisses me
You are always what I see
No no no no
You make me forget about him
No no no no
No no no no
Can't you see what you're doing to me
