The
IMDB page provides the full cast list and other information, some of which is provided below. Some related information sources are added at the end of this text.

James L.

Runtime: IMDB says 60min, but the IMDB page is entitled, "
Secrets of the
CIA (
1998) (TV)", so I guess the fact that this video is 44 minutes is due to cutting of commercials. A web search turned up nothing longer than 44min.
Phil Roettinger :
Nothing at Wikipedia, but the following page provides some bio.

The following piece says he's an "ex-marine and former
CIA officer who led the overthrow of Guatemalan
President Arbenz in 1954".

Peter Kombluh : Also nothing at Wikipedia, but there're many links returned by
Google when using "peter Kombluh", -Kornbluh and CIA for search terms.
"-Kornbluh" (unquoted though) is recommended for additional search term in order to avoid links about
Peter K o r n bluh rather than K o m blugh. It's the latter surname that's needed.

"
Secret Wars of the CIA" (2:48:49),
lecture by
John Stockwell on Nov. 3,
1989 (including
Q&A; a little past half way through),
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmYZ_kWHk3Q
The text description for the video, uploaded by CommissarRed, begins by saying that the lecture was in
1987 and it's the wrong year for the video. The video itself shows 11/3/89 and the setting for the 1987 lecture with the same title is clearly different, as seen in the 6:27 clip in the following webpage at
ICH which provides a 2-page transcript for the 1987 lecture.
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article4068.htm
The date discrepancy isn't important, for John Stockwell didn't state anything in either lecture that contradicts anything he previously or later said with his "whistle blowing". He was consistent and I'm just adding the extra date and location info for a
FYI note.

The Alternative Views fan channel at YouTube has many videos uploaded from copies of episodes of the unfortunately past
Alternative Views public-access tv program that was based in
Texas. There're several interviews with John Stockwell, Phil Agee and possibly some with Ralph McGehee.
Maybe there're also some with additional CIA "whistle blowers" as well.
