Here is a flip-through of "Gil Kane's The Amazing Spider-Man Artist's Edition Signed and Numbered" by IDW which was limited to 250 copies with the signatures of Stan Lee, John Romita, Gerry Conway, and Roy Thomas. This is book number 72.
I got this mainly for Stan Lee's autograph which I do not own yet, and he is a legend in the comics industry. Gil Kane is also an incredible artist and I own one of the covers he made for DC Comics - which is Action Comics 544 (the 45th Anniversary Edition) featuring the revamped costumes of Luthor and Braniac for the 80's. In the end of the flip-though I pan to that Gil Kane cover, and also to a Spider-Man commission beside it which I had drawn by John Byrne - both are framed. I also took some extra time in the page where the signature appears. It is a different paper stock that seems to have been inserted to the book. Based also on the ink-bleed in the back, Stan Lee used a different marker with richer ink to sign it.
I try to slow down the pace in the splash pages to have the art appreciated more. I also slowed down in the table of contents for the extra art.
Sorry if the quality is only 480p, I was not able to set my phone camera to 720p before I started recording.

John Buscema's (1927 - 2002) Savage Sword of Conan drawings represent some of the best black and white artwork ever. Buscema's work was inked by many, the most famous being Alfredo Alcala.
Although they are reprinted in comic book, not original magazine size, Dark Horse's SSoC compilations are the best value!

Eli Katz (April 6, 1926 – January 31, 2000) who worked under the name Gil Kane and in one instance Scott Edward, was a comic book artist whose career spanned the 1940s to 1990s and every major comics company and character.
Kane co-created the modern-day versions of the superheroes Green Lantern and the Atom for DC Comics, and co-created Iron Fist with Roy Thomas for Marvel Comics. He was involved in such major storylines as that of The Amazing Spider-Man #96–98 (May–July 1971), which, at the behest of the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, bucked the then-prevalent Comics Code Authority to depict drug abuse, and ultimately spurred an update of the Code. Kane additionally pioneered an early graphic novel prototype, His Name is...Savage, in 1968, and a seminal graphic novel, Blackmark, in 1971.
In 1997, he was inducted into both the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame and the Harvey Award Jack Kirby Hall of Fame.
Gil Kane was born Eli Katz on April 6, 1926, in Latvia. Kane was born to a Jewish family that emigrated to the U.S. in 1929, settling in Brooklyn, New York City. His father was a struggling poultry merchant.

John Buscema's (1927 - 2002) Savage Sword of Conan drawings represent some of the best black and white artwork ever. Buscema's work was inked by many, the most famous being Alfredo Alcala. Here is a flip-through of "Gil Kane's The Amazing Spider-Man Artist's Edition Signed and Numbered" by IDW which was limited to 250 copies with the signatures of Stan Lee, John Romita, Gerry Conway, and Roy Thomas. This is book number 72.
I got this mainly for Stan Lee's autograph which I do not own yet, and he is a legend in the comics industry. Gil Kane is also an incredible artist and I own one of the covers he made for DC Comics - which is Action Comics 544 (the 45th Anniversary Edition) featuring the revamped costumes of Luthor and Braniac for the 80's. In the end of the flip-though I pan to that Gil Kane cover, and also to a Spider-Man commission beside it which I had drawn by John Byrne - both are framed. I also took some extra time in the page where the signature appears. It is a different paper stock that seems to have been inserted to the book. Based also on the ink-bleed in the back, Stan Lee used a different marker with richer ink to sign it.
I try to slow down the pace in the splash pages to have the art appreciated more. I also slowed down in the table of contents for the extra art.
Sorry if the quality is only 480p, I was not able to set my phone camera to 720p before I started recording.
