Natalee Holloway disappeared in Aruba in 2005 without a trace. Now two investigative journalists have accessed the secret police case files, laying bare one of the most haunting murders of the century.
US citizen Natalee was on a school trip to Aruba when she vanished.Whose male DNA was left on Natalee's toothbrush? Who entered Natalee's hotel room several times on the night that she disappeared? Why is it just assumed that Natalee was left on the beach? With so many lies told and mistakes made by the police in Aruba, "it's almost as if they didn't want to find the evidence, one way or the other", former FBI agent Van Zandt suggests. Even the main suspect's lawyer admits, "I've raised my eyebrows and thought, why not ask this question...". As two local suspects with dubious alibis and a history of sex-related crimes remain at large, "memories fade, physical evidence is lost and more lies are told".

Holloway began singing gospel with her mother in the Holloway Community Singers and recorded with Albertina Walker in the Caravans gospel group. Holloway was also a cast member of the Chicago troupe of Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope. Around this time, she met her future producer, manager, and husband Floyd Smith, and recorded "Rainbow '71" in 1971, a Curtis Mayfield song that Gene Chandler had recorded in 1963. It was initially released on the tiny Apache label, but shortly thereafter, it got picked up for national distribution by Galaxy Records.
In the early 1970s, Holloway signed a recording contract with the Atlanta-based soul music label Aware, part of the General Recording Corporation (GRC), owned by Michael Thevis. Holloway recorded two albums for the label, both of them produced by Floyd Smith—Loleatta (1973) and Cry to Me (1975). Holloway later married Smith. Her first single from the second album, the ballad "Cry to Me" rose to #10 Billboard R&B; and #68 on the Hot 100, but before the label could really establish Holloway, it went out of business.

Wayne Mark Rooney (born 24 October 1985) is an English footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
Rooney made his senior international debut in 2003 becoming the youngest player to represent England (a record later broken by Theo Walcott). He is England's youngest ever goalscorer. He played at UEFA Euro 2004 and scored four goals, briefly becoming the competition's youngest goalscorer. Rooney featured at the 2006 and 2010 World Cups and is widely regarded as his country's best player. He has won the England Player of the Year award twice, in 2008 and 2009. As of September 2011, he has won 73 international caps and scored 28 goals. Along with David Beckham, Rooney is the most red carded player for England, having been sent off twice.
Aged nine, Rooney joined the youth team of Everton, for whom he made his professional debut in 2002. He spent two seasons at the Merseyside club, before moving to Manchester United for £25.6 million in the 2004 summer transfer window. The same year, Rooney acquired the nickname "Wazza". Since then, with Rooney in the team, United have won the Premier League four times, the 2007–08 UEFA Champions League and two League Cups. He also holds two runner-up medals from both the Premier League and the Champions League. In April of the 2011–12 season Rooney scored his 180th goal, making him United's fourth highest goal-scorer of all time.

Holloway began singing gospel with her mother in the Holloway Community Singers and recorded with Albertina Walker in the Caravans gospel group. Holloway was also a cast member of the Chicago troupe of Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope. Around this time, she met her future producer, manager, and husband Floyd Smith, and recorded "Rainbow '71" in 1971, a Curtis Mayfield song that Gene Chandler had recorded in 1963. It was initially released on the tiny Apache label, but shortly thereafter, it got picked up for national distribution by Galaxy Records.

Steven Fishman, the lawyer who had been defending Holloway against federal efforts to seize
his property as drug profits. "In the Broadway -- I just can't believe it."
Holloway , who told a family member he was going to buy some socks, was carrying $17,000
and a handgun when he was shot, investigators said. Robbery is not considered to be a motive.
"It was a definite setup," an investigator said.
The shooting may be the latest episode in what some authorities believe is a battle for control of drugsgy6
