Dancing: The Twins Demonstrate the Keep My Cool
In this video, The Twins, Margaret and Rose, demonstrate how to do a line dance called Keep My Cool.
This is just one of many that offers health and wellness tips at http://bit.ly/2xZhEyj.
Margaret and Rose show us how to do a line dance called Keep My Cool. Starting with weight on their left food, for the first pattern they do a conga walk. For the second pattern, they step to the right and clap up, then step to the left and clap down. The third pattern is the same as the first: a conga walk. For the fourth and final pattern: a vine step to the right and a quarter turn. If you have problems with your back or hip, instead of doing the vine step you can do a basic step. Now, put them all together and take it from the top!
