Jammu and Kashmir (i/ˈdʒæmuː ənd ˌkæʃˈmɪər, ˈdʒʌ-, ˈkæʃmɪər/) is a state in northern India. It is located mostly in the Himalayan mountains, and shares a border with the states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab to the south. Jammu and Kashmir has an international border with China in the north and east, and the Line of Control separates it from the Pakistan-controlled territories of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan in the west and northwest respectively. The state has special autonomy under Article 370 of the Constitution of India.
A part of the erstwhile Princely State of Kashmir and Jammu, the region is the subject of a territorial conflict among China, India and Pakistan. The western districts of the former princely state known as Azad Kashmir and the northern territories known as Gilgit-Baltistan have been under Pakistani control since 1947. The Aksai Chin region in the east, bordering Tibet, has been under Chinese control since 1962.
Jammu and Kashmir consists of three regions: Jammu, the Kashmir Valley and Ladakh. Srinagar is the summer capital, and Jammu is the winter capital. The Kashmir valley is famous for its beautiful mountainous landscape, and Jammu's numerous shrines attract tens of thousands of Hindu pilgrims every year. Ladakh, also known as "Little Tibet", is renowned for its remote mountain beauty and Buddhist culture.
Sha Mohammed Alikhel is a Pakistani who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. On 8 May 2003 Muhammad was released at the same time as two other Pakistanis, Jehan Wali and Sahibzada Usman Ali. He was 20 years old.
Muhammad is a baker from Dir, in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Only one other Pakistani detainee, elderly Mohammed Saghir, had been released prior to his release.
Shah reported that he felt despair, and made four suicide attempts during his time in Guantanamo, even though suicide was against the tenets of Islam.
When The Guardian interviewed Muhammad, a year after his release, Muhammad reported ongoing after-effects from his incarceration: "The biggest damage is to my brain. My physical and mental state isn't right. I'm a changed person. I don't laugh or enjoy myself much."
The Guardian reports that Muhammad's first suicide attempt followed a month of solitary confinement in a punishment cell. Muhammad was not confined there because he had broken any of the camp rules — rather the camp's expansion meant they had run short of ordinary cells.

There is a 6km patch near Tyari that is so dangerous and rough, that you can't take a small car on it. It is so narrow that no busses and trucks drive on this road. The road after Tyari is so rough, that it took us 4 hours to cover the last 30kms. Despite the dangerous patch the road crosses through...

This is a road hacked across a vertical cliff face and driving it is a spine tingling mix of heady exhilaration and sheer fear. Traversing this road call caution, confidence and consideration towards oncoming traffic. Stick to the centre as the edges can sometimes simply crumble away.

Nang umagang iyon,
Nakita ko kayong magkahawak kamay
‘Di na mapakali,
Sa tuwing kayo’y magkasabay…
Kung ikaw ay laging ganyan,
Tiyak na tiyak ang aking lumbay
Nahihilo na ako, ohh..
Kakaisip sayo.
Chorus:
Bridge:
Ohhh… 4x
Repeat Chorus
