The Marine 3: Homefront

The Marine 3: Homefront (also known as The Marine 3 and The Marine: Homefront) is a 2013 American action film starring Mike Mizanin and directed by Scott Wiper. The film was released on direct-to-DVD and Blu-ray in the United States on March 5, 2013. It is the third film in the film series and is a sequel to The Marine starring John Cena and The Marine 2, starring Ted DiBiase, Jr.

Plot

Jake Carter of the United States Marine Corps returns home to Bridgeton, a rural town located near Seattle, Washington. As he steps off the bus, he reunites with his best friend Harkin. When he returns home he greets his sisters Lilly and Amanda, and they throw a party for his homecoming. Meanwhile, in Seattle, a regional bank is robbed by a syndicate believed to be extremists; their leader, Jonah Pope, forces the bank manager to give them what they demand. They take half the money and burn the rest in front of him. It is revealed that the syndicate dwells in a junkyard on the outskirts of town, their leader planning an explosion in the city because of revenge from his past life.

The Marine 2

The Marine 2 is a 2009 American thriller film directed by Roel Reiné, written by Christopher Borrelli and John Chapin Morgan, and produced by Michael Lake. The film stars are Ted DiBiase, Temuera Morrison, Lara Cox, Robert Coleby and Michael Rooker. It is the stand-alone sequel to The Marine, starring John Cena, and it is the second in the film series. This was Ted DiBiase's film debut. The film was released on DVD and Blu-ray in the United States on December 29, 2009.

The film was inspired by the Dos Palmas kidnappings.

The film was produced by the films division of WWE, called WWE Studios, and distributed in the United States by 20th Century Fox.

Plot

Joe Linwood (Ted DiBiase) of the United States Marine Corps attempts to rescue his wife Robin and other guests from a hotel which has been taken over by a gang of bloodthirsty terrorists. The Linwoods are vacationing at the lavish Thailand resort when the terrorists invade during the hotel's grand opening. Joe escapes the initial onslaught and must find a way to save his wife and the other hostages.

The Marine 4: Moving Target

The Marine 4: Moving Target (also known as The Marine 4 and The Marine: Moving Target) is an American action film starring Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and Summer Rae. The film was directed by William Kaufman and it is the fourth installment in The Marine film series, and the second to include Mizanin. The film was released digitally on April 10, 2015 and released direct-to-DVD and Blu-ray on April 21, 2015.

Synopsis

Jake Carter (Mike Mizanin), a former U.S Marine, is now working at Hawthorne Global Security. He and a few other men are waiting at the airport for the arrival of whistleblower Olivia 'Liv' Tanis (Melissa Roxburgh). They've been hired by the Department of Justice to protect Liv until she takes official custody.

While they are enroute for Liv's custody, a rocket launcher is fired at the car ahead by a group of mercenaries, led by Simon Vogel, and open fire on the other car at the back. The car with Liv inside is under fire. The other remaining men manage to shoot the other mercenaries. Liv tries to outrun this incident by running into the woods but Jake chases her in order to protect her from the other mercenaries. The mercenaries kill the rest of the men. Liv is confronted by two mercenaries but Jake shoots them after one of them tells that they found her. Jake tells Liv to stick with him but she is suspicious. The two then manage to outrun from the mercenaries by stealing the mercenaries' car and head to the safe house.
