Kabini is a water reservoir in South Karnataka surrounded by three biggest wildlife sanctuaries, Nagarhole, Bandipur and Wayanad(Kerala). The backwaters of the Kabini reservoir are very rich in wildlife especially in summer when the water level recedes to form rich grassy meadows. Kabini was also a popular shikar hotspot for British Viceroys and Indian royalty. But this time I was better equipped with my Canon 7D and few L-series glasses, than earlier two times. I used every opportunity to film the magnificient wildlife sightings we came across.
