Fast travel to "Titan Robot Production Plant". Go to the Vending Machine East of your location. This Vending Machine is the most consistent in producing legendary weapons in the "Item of the Day" section that I found so far.If you didn't get a legendary weapon, pause the game, select save & quit, load your game back up and check the Vending Machine again. In the video, I got 2 Legendary Weapons in a row! I thought I would share the location so you guys can try it out and see if you get as luck as I did!
