El primer tema se llama Waking at Night, justo como se siente una persona que despierta en la noche, con una calma y una visión diferente a la vida diurna entre toda esa oscuridad, asi se sienten los outlanders.
El segundo tema se titula Strenght of the Integrity, referido a la fuerza que ha de tener una persona que haya decidido vivir así, y esa fuerza a menudo se la dan sus convicciones, aquello en lo que cree y aquello a lo que es fiel.
El tercero, Hope of Gathering representa otra motivación que es la de encontrarse en la vida a otras pocas personas con las que poder compartir una visión alternativa, que no tiene por qué se idéntica, otros outlanders; cada uno con sus ideas y su propia soledad.
El cuarto, Assertion Day. Algún día llegará el momento de la reivindicación y la reafirmación ante la masa, el momento de alzar una voz y provocar quién sabe que efectos...

The first track named Waking at Night , in relation to the same feeling a person has after waking up in the middle of the night, calm and with a whole new different vision about day-life understood among all that darkness, this is the way an outlander feels.
The second track, titled Strength of the Integrity, it refers to the strength one must have If one has decided to live this way, and very often that same strength it is granted by one's own convictions, those in which one self believes and is loyal to.
The third,Hope of Gathering represents another motivation which is to find throughout your life time other few people with whom being able to share an alternative vision, not having to be necessarily identical.Other kind of outlanders , each with their own ideas and their own solitude.
The fourth , Assertion Day. Some day a moment for reclaiming and reassuring in front of the mass will come, a moment to rise just one voice and provoke who know's which effects.")

Para la elaboración de este Ep, al ser el primero que hemos producido, encontramos la necesidad de partir de un punto común, una esencia compartida, nuestro axioma número 1. Partiendo de este axioma desarrollamos todo lo demás, añadiendo puntos de vista, aportando conocimientos, experiencia, y en definitiva sumando puntos fuertes y restando puntos débiles.
"Sigma Zigurat" para nosotros simboliza el "sumatorio" de nuestros conocimientos más antiguos (zigurat es un templo con forma de pirámide que esconde maravillas matemáticas y arquitectónicas). Es en este tipo de civilización y de conocimientos en donde hemos encontrado nuestra inspiración.
El primer corte "Symbols" representa el mecanismo de abstracción humana, que nos "invoca" una idea de forma automática cuando vemos su representación. El segundo corte "Logarhytmic" representa el plano supremo del pensamiento abstracto, donde exclusivamente existen la certeza y la exactitud; el mundo de las matemáticas. El tercer corte "Shulba Sutras" hace referencia a unos textos antiguos en los que se intenta pasar de los conocimientos teóricos a conocimientos prácticos, como por ejemplo uno de los primeros intentos de cuadratura del círculo. El cuarto corte, "Away the darkness" hace referencia al abismo por el cual caminamos cada día paso a paso, y a medida que más conocimiento acumulamos más fácil nos es resbalar y perdernos en el interior de nuestra mente. Y es que la separación entre locura y cordura es algo difusa.

El DJ y productor catalán IMP nos entrega cuatro cortes para la referencia numero quince de Geometrika FM. Un estudio sobre la geometría pero que esta vez no parte de puntos, rectas y planos sino de pads, lineas de bajo, cajas y melodías pegadizas y espaciales. Un viaje que se inicia en las dos dimensiones con Square, una pista de baile, que a la vez es un tema con regusto Detroit al más puro estilo Carl Craig. Unas melodías sostenidas y un bajo trotón hacen el resto. Pasamos a las tres dimensiones con Pyramid. De las cuatro caras del plano surge una melodía acida, mientras diferentes tonalidades convergen en un único punto, produciendo un estallido de luz. Algo parecido a juntar a Lone y EOD. Dejamos atrás la geometría por un momento con I Leave You Behind. Un tema algo más pausado con tintes ambient, melodías ensoñadoras y dimensión 90s. Por ultimo, Sphere continua en la senda del anterior, pero sumergiéndonos en la oscuridad del cosmos infinito. Una esfera que nos transporta hacia un lugar lejano a la vez que nos obliga a mirar en nuestro interior. Un aislamiento forzoso en el viaje hacia otros mundos. Cuatro temas que nos demuestran la paleta sonora y la amplitud de miras de IMP.

El DJ y productor catalán IMP nos entrega cuatro cortes para la referencia numero quince de Geometrika FM. Un estudio sobre la geometría pero que esta vez no parte de puntos, rectas y planos sino de pads, lineas de bajo, cajas y melodías pegadizas y espaciales. Un viaje que se inicia en las dos dimensiones con Square, una pista de baile, que a la vez es un tema con regusto Detroit al más puro estilo Carl Craig. Unas melodías sostenidas y un bajo trotón hacen el resto. Pasamos a las tres dimensiones con Pyramid. De las cuatro caras del plano surge una melodía acida, mientras diferentes tonalidades convergen en un único punto, produciendo un estallido de luz. Algo parecido a juntar a Lone y EOD. Dejamos atrás la geometría por un momento con I Leave You Behind. Un tema algo más pausado con tintes ambient, melodías ensoñadoras y dimensión 90s. Por ultimo, Sphere continua en la senda del anterior, pero sumergiéndonos en la oscuridad del cosmos infinito. Una esfera que nos transporta hacia un lugar lejano a la vez que nos obliga a mirar en nuestro interior. Un aislamiento forzoso en el viaje hacia otros mundos. Cuatro temas que nos demuestran la paleta sonora y la amplitud de miras de IMP.

Away the Darkness ------------- Para la elaboración de este Ep, al ser el primero que hemos producido, encontramos la necesidad de partir de un punto común, una esencia compartida, nuestro axioma número 1. Partiendo de este axioma desarrollamos todo lo demás, añadiendo puntos de vista, aportando conocimientos, experiencia, y en definitiva sumando puntos fuertes y restando puntos débiles. "Sigma Zigurat" para nosotros simboliza el "sumatorio" de nuestros conocimientos más antiguos (zigurat es un templo con forma de pirámide que esconde maravillas matemáticas y arquitectónicas). Es en este tipo de civilización y de conocimientos en donde hemos encontrado nuestra inspiración. El primer corte "Symbols" representa el mecanismo de abstracción humana, que nos "invoca" una idea de forma automática cuando vemos su representación. El segundo corte "Logarhytmic" representa el plano supremo del pensamiento abstracto, donde exclusivamente existen la certeza y la exactitud; el mundo de las matemáticas. El tercer corte "Shulba Sutras" hace referencia a unos textos antiguos en los que se intenta pasar de los conocimientos teóricos a conocimientos prácticos, como por ejemplo uno de los primeros intentos de cuadratura del círculo. El cuarto corte, "Away the darkness" hace referencia al abismo por el cual caminamos cada día paso a paso, y a medida que más conocimiento acumulamos más fácil nos es resbalar y perdernos en el interior de nuestra mente. The Shulba Sutras or Śulbasūtras (Sanskrit śulba: "string, cord, rope") are sutra texts belonging to the Śrauta ritual and containing geometry related to fire-altar construction.
The Shulba Sutras are part of the larger corpus of texts called the Shrauta Sutras, considered to be appendices to the Vedas. They are the only sources of knowledge of Indian mathematics from the Vedic period. Unique fire-altar shapes were associated with unique gifts from the Gods. For instance, "he who desires heaven is to construct a fire-altar in the form of a falcon"; "a fire-altar in the form of a tortoise is to be constructed by one desiring to win the world of Brahman" and "those who wish to destroy existing and future enemies should construct a fire-altar in the form of a rhombus".
The four major Shulba Sutras, which are mathematically the most significant, are those composed by Baudhayana, Manava, Apastamba and Katyayana, about whom very little is known. The texts are dated by comparing their grammar and vocabulary with the grammar and vocabulary of other Vedic texts. The texts have been dated from around 800 BCE to 200 CE, with the oldest being the sutra that was attributed to Baudhayana around 800 BCE to 600 BCE.
