Bernard Connolly is a British economist noted for his pessimistic analysis of the euro. After writing The Rotten Heart of Europe: The Dirty War for Europe's Money, a negative treatment of the European Exchange Rate Mechanism, he was terminated in 1995 from his employment at the European Commission. An appeal of his dismissal to the European Court of Justice was unsuccessful. As of 2011, Connolly, 61, was working as a financial consultant in New York City. As of early 2013 he continues to have a negative view on the euro.
Bernard Connolly heads Connolly Insight LP and participates in Hamiltonian Associates. Prior to establishing CI, Bernard had spent 11 years as the global strategist for Banque AIG and AIG Trading. Before joining AIG Bernard had spent a number of years working with the European Commission in Brussels, where he was head of the unit responsible for the European Monetary System and monetary policies. While at the Commission Bernard was a Member of the Monetary Policy and Foreign Exchange Policy sub-committees of the Committee of Central bank Governors and was on the OECD Group of High-Level Monetary Experts. Prior to that Bernard worked in the Industrial Trends and Forecasting Unit of the Confederation of British Industry.
Sally Cecilia Hawkins (born 27 April 1976) is an English actress. She made her film debut in Mike Leigh's All or Nothing in 2002. She would continue working with Leigh, appearing as Susan in Vera Drake in 2004, and as Poppy in the 2008 film Happy-Go-Lucky. Her performance as Poppy won her several awards, including the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, and the Silver Bear for Best Actress at the Berlin Film Festival.
Other notable film roles include Rita O'Grady in Made in Dagenham (2010), and Mary Brown in Paddington (2014). She appeared in two Woody Allen films, Cassandra's Dream as Kate, and Ginger in the 2013 film Blue Jasmine, for which she received nominations for the BAFTA, Golden Globe, and Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Hawkins has appeared in many stage productions with the Royal Court Theatre, and in 2010 she made her Broadway debut in Mrs. Warren's Profession.
On television, she starred in the BBC adaptations of Fingersmith (2005) as Sue Trinder, and Persuasion (2007) as Anne Elliot.

A Future With Zero Education Debt: Are Zero Education Debt Agreements Viable? Our national higher education finance system is built around the student loan. This year, the federal government issued over 20 million new student loans, and there is no indication that this number will drop moving forward. Approximately 6.5 million students are currently in default on their federal student loans and the combined debts of all students participating in the program now totals more than $1 trillion. Loans, however, are only one of many ways of financing higher education -- as a group of Oregon students recently pointed out. Their 'Pay it Forward' plan, which captured national attention, offered free tuition to all, with students promising to pay back a percentage of their earnings over a set numb...

Can you see me
Floating above your head
As you lay in bed
Thinking about everything
That you did not do
Cause saying I love you
Has nothing to do with meaning it
And I don't trust you
Cause every time you're here
Your intentions are unclear
I spend every hour waiting for a phone call
That I know will never come
I used to think you were the one
Now I'm sick of thinking anything at all
You ain't ever coming back to me
That's not how things were supposed to be
You take my hand just to give it back
No other lover has ever done that
Do you remember
The way we used to melt
Do you remember how it felt
When I touched you
Oh cause I remember very well
And how long has it been
Since someone you let in
Has given what I gave to you
And at night when you sleep
Do you dream I would be there
Just for a minute or two do you?
You ain't ever coming back to me
That's not how things were supposed to be
You take my hand just to give it back
No other lover has ever done that
Heartache heartache I just have so much
A simple love with a complex touch
There is nothing you can say or do
