Crowded roads. Regarding "23 bicycle riders die in 5 years" (Page A1, Sunday), the only way to reduce bicyclist injury is to have less bicycle traffic on our major streets, not more. Just because something is legal doesn't mean that it is the responsible thing to do - like the lady I saw bicycling northbound on Weslayan just north of Bissonnet with a baby seat on the back of her bike ...   ...
