About Noah Gundersen:
For Noah Gundersen, the past few years have brought about immense growth and change, both as an artist and as a young man grappling with issues of identity and independence. It should come as little surprise, then, that his stunning new album, Carry The Ghost, is so heavily influenced by existential philosophy. What's so striking, though, is hearing a 25-year-old articulate such weighty themes, packaging them into heartbreakingly gorgeous melodies with a plainspoken language that cuts to the quick upon first listen. Then again, Noah Gundersen has never aimed for ordinary.
Though only a little more than a year has passed since the 2014 release of Ledges, Carry The Ghost finds an older, more sophisticated Gundersen attempting the difficult work of unraveling our purpose here, searching for answers about the nature of man and the meaning of our relationships. Gundersen came to an understanding of himself as the sum of his experiences, a view he embraces as a positive one and which led him to delve into the works of existentialist writers and philosophers like Ortega. For Gundersen, the personal history that shapes each and every one of us is the titular ghost, and it's the thread that ties the entire record together.

Fallout 4 Settlement Base Building - Lets build! a money generating business, an endless supply of caps and healing items, with no cheating or exploiting.
Purified water sells for a maximum of 20 caps each, and with this we can produce hundreds of purified waters per day, by simply using Taffington Boathouse or a settlement with a decent water supply.
Obviously, the bigger the water supply the more purifiers you can build, however today were building a simple settlement/ business with a good perimeter and defenses so we never have to worry about caps again, enjoy!

The lucky fellow who owns this boathouse with a Schweiss Hydraulic door makes parking and heading out onto the lake as easy as driving your car in and out of a garage. Within seconds of pressing his remote control he's out on the water for a pleasure cruise. Take the hassle out of tying-up and scratching your boat at the dock or cranking on a boat lift.
Located at a cabin on Lake Vermillion in Minnesota, snow wind and water had nearly destroyed this gentleman's 75 year old boathouse. So over the winter the owner rebuilt it by putting new cribs under the water and new supports in the roof and walls. He covered the inside and outside with cedar planks. The boat sits on a rail system built into the ceiling and with the use of electric hoists the boat is lifted or lowered in and out of the water. The hoists are on rollers which allow his baby to be moved forwards and backwards depending on the water level. He needed a door that could withstand storms and straightline winds. So after doing his research he called on Schweiss Doors and found they were the best on the market. He now has peace of mind knowing his exclusive 1955 Chris Craft Continental gem will be protected from the elements.

We spent 5 hours at The BOATHOUSE on the second day it was open. This is a tour of the restaurant, food that we tried, boats in the back, Amphicars and the shop. Many restaurant seats are outside with a view of the water and watercraft - some boats are in service, many are for display only. We enjoy seeing the Amphicars - there will be 8 total in rotation, 6 at the restaurant on any given day for guests to purchase tickets to ride.

A boathouse (or boat house) is a building especially designed for the storage of boats, normally smaller craft for sports or leisure use. These are typically located on open water, such as on a river. Often the boats stored are rowing boats. Other boats such as punts or small motor boats may also be stored.
Sometimes, a boathouse may be the headquarters of a boat club or rowing club. It may also include a restaurant, bar,and other leisure facilities, perhaps for members of an associated club. Boathouses are also sometimes modified to include living quarters for people, or the whole structure may be used as temporary or permanent housing.
In Scandinavia, the boathouse is known as a naust, a word deriving from Old Norse naverstað. These were typically built with stone walls and timber roofs and would be either open to the sea or provided with sturdy doors. The floors would be a simple continuation of the beach sand or rock, or they might be dug down to permit a boat to sail into the boathouse.

We spent 5 hours at The BOATHOUSE on the second day it was open. This is a tour of the restaurant, food that we tried, boats in the back, Amphicars and the shop. Many restaurant seats are outside with a view of the water and watercraft - some boats are in service, many are for display only. Located at a cabin on Lake Vermillion in Minnesota, snow wind and water had nearly destroyed this gentleman's 75 year old boathouse. For Noah Gundersen, the past few years have brought about immense growth and change, both as an artist and as a young man grappling with issues of identity and independence. It should come as little surprise, then, that his stunning new album, Carry The Ghost, is so heavily influenced by existential philosophy. The lucky fellow who owns this boathouse with a Schweiss Hydraulic door makes parking and heading out onto the lake as easy as driving your car in and out of a garage. Within seconds of pressing his remote control he's out on the water for a pleasure cruise. Take the hassle out of tying-up and scratching your boat at the dock or cranking on a boat lift.
Located at a cabin on Lake Vermillion in Minnesota, snow wind and water had nearly destroyed this gentleman's 75 year old boathouse. So over the winter the owner rebuilt it by putting new cribs under the water and new supports in the roof and walls. He covered the inside and outside with cedar planks. The boat sits on a rail system built into the ceiling and with the use of electric hoists the boat is lifted or lowered in and out of the water. The hoists are on rollers which allow his baby to be moved forwards and backwards depending on the water level. He needed a door that could withstand storms and straightline winds. So after doing his research he called on Schweiss Doors and found they were the best on the market. He now has peace of mind knowing his exclusive 1955 Chris Craft Continental gem will be protected from the elements.
