Muhammad Sardar Bhadur Khan Nickname Babar Khan Swance is a prominent interesting personality of district Mianwali. He is basically advocate professionally. He is front line leader of social worker and remains present at every where civil society problem are present. He is included in founder leaders of "Tehreek-e-Haqooq-e-Mianwali" (Mianwali Movement for Rights). Due to heading the peaceful rally on 4th July, 2011 of Tehreek-e-Haqooq-e-Mianwali which main objective was to declare Mianwali load shedding free and royalty over Chasma & Jinnah Barrage power for Mianwali he was arrested and tortured by Punjab police at Police Station Saddar Sargodha, even he was not presented drinking water to break his fast, by police teased mentally and raised negative gestures over him by police personal for leading civil society. On 4th July, 2011, recently a civil society who consist on persons belong to all walk of life, formed a plate farm named "Tehreek-e-Haqooq-e-Mianwali" launched a campaign for raising voice for the basic rights which are being denied intentionally since last 63 years towards people of Mianwali. On 4th July, 2011 a peaceful rally was directly fires by punjab police due to which Khadam Hussain & Mehr Khan embraced martyrdom and hundreds injured seriously and a fake FIR over all citizen of District Mianwali launched by police to hide their inefficiency to handle the peaceful rally which was running for main demand of load shedding free with royalty to Mianwali over Chasma & Jinnah barrage power plants, since people of Mianwali sacrificed their villages and shifted to another place due to which they are still under bad condition. Other demands include University of Mianwali, Medical College, Engineering University, Women University, Latest Hospital, Park, in each tehsil, Cricket/Hockey Stadium, Kala Bagh Dam Construction, Motorway from Bilkasar & Kotmomin to Mianwali via Essa Khel link to Indus Highway near Bunnu due to which Provincial links will shorten the distance for transportation shall increase boost up of business and will reduce unemployment and shall bring prosperity among Pakistan, industrial state establishment free of tax for 10 years, quota of Mianwali in CSS, Army, Air Force, Navy, etc.
