Middle-earth
Middle-earth is the setting of much of J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. The term is equivalent to the term Midgard of Norse mythology, describing the human-inhabited world, i.e. the central continent of world of Tolkien's imagined mythological past. Tolkien's most widely read works, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings take place entirely in Middle-earth, and Middle-earth has also become a short-hand to refer to the legendarium or its "fictional-universe".
Within his stories, Tolkien translated the name "Middle-earth" as Endor (or sometimes Endórë) and Ennor in the Elvish languages Quenya and Sindarin respectively, sometimes referring only to the continent that the stories take place on, with another southern continent called the Dark Land.
Middle-earth is the central continent of Earth (Arda) in an imaginary period of the Earth's past (Tolkien placed the end of the Third Age at about 6,000 years before his own time), in the sense of a "secondary or sub-creational reality". Its general position is reminiscent of Europe, with the environs of the Shire intended to be reminiscent of England (more specifically, the West Midlands, with Hobbiton set at the same latitude as Oxford).

Ori (genetics)
Ori is the DNA sequence that signals for the origin of replication, sometimes referred to simply as origin. In E. coli, ori is some 250 nucleotides in length for the chromosomal origin (oriC). The plasmid ori sequences are similar to oriC, and are called oriV (origin of vegetative replication).
During conjugation, the rolling circle mode of replication starts at the oriT ('T' for transfer) sequence of the FAT plasmid.
Bacteria have a single origin for replication. Eukaryotes have multiple replicons, each with an ori. The replicons range from 40 kb length, in yeast and Drosophila, to 300 kb in plants.
Mitochondrial DNA in many organisms has two ori sequences. In humans, they are called oriH and oriL for the heavy and light strand of the DNA, each is the origin of replication for single-stranded replication.

Before you watch, let me first tell you a story regarding the song in this video. Songwriter/Singer Christene Jackman shared that recently her mom handed her an old, worn little bible. It turned out to be the gift her father had given her mother the day of Christene's birth. Opening the tattered front page, she discovered scripture references scribbled by the hand of her late father outlining the Way of Salvation, as well as one specific psalm. That psalm listed was: Psalm 27, one that had always been among her favorites throughout her life. Jackman has now recorded this moving musical interpretation of Psalm 27 in keeping with the Psalm that was spoken over her life at birth by her father and her Heavenly Abba. "Coincidence" is not a kosher word :)

'ברכת הכהנים' הוא הסינגל הראשון היוצא לאור מתוך 'הויה' - אלבום שירת מנטרות בעברית של האמנים ו'איט ואורי. זהו פרויקט ראשון מסוגו בעולם, היוצא בשפה העברית ומיועד לקהל הרחב והבינלאומי. עד היום שירת המנטרות, שהפכה לפופולארית היא בסנסקריט בלבד (שירה הודית עתיקה). הטקסטים בפרויקט 'הויה' לקוחים חלקם מהמקורות וחלקם נכתבו ע"י ו'איט ואורי. ו'איט מבצעת את שירת המנטרות והלחינה ביחד עם אורי את כולם..
ידוע זה מכבר כי שירת מנטרות מאפשרת ריפוי רגשי וחווית התעלות רוחנית ומה שהתחיל כמופע תראפויטי, הופך כעת למופע במה עם נגנים מהשורה הראשונה אלבום אולפן מושקע ופריטי מרצנדייז משלימים. ואיט ואורי הם זוג אמנים בינלאומיים, פורצי דרך בתחומם, המובילים במשך 25 שנה בעקביות את הסצנה הרוחנית בישראל. הם ייסדו את פסטיבל סגול הייחודי (1999-2011) הפיקו את יום המדיטציה הבינלאומי הראשון (1996) ועוסקים שנים ארוכות ביצירה רב תחומית, דרך תדרים וצלילים מרפאים, כשהם מעבירים ומנחים במשותף סדנאות, הכשרות מטפלים, קורסים אינטרנטיים, כנסים והופעות בכל העולם ומשלבים בהם שירת מנטרות בעברית. הם מופיעים בפני קהל מעורב, בכנסיות ובמקומות קדושים, בפני נוצרים, סופים -מוסלמים ויהודים והביקוש אליהם הולך וגובר.

THE BACKSTORY
Before you watch, let me first tell you a story regarding the song in this video. Songwriter/Singer Christene Jackman shared that recently her mom handed her an old, worn little bible. It turned out to be the gift her father had given her mother the day of Christene's birth. Opening the tattered front page, she discovered scripture references scribbled by the hand of her late father outlining the Way of Salvation, as well as one specific psalm. That psalm listed was: Psalm 27, one that had always been among her favorites throughout her life. Jackman has now recorded this moving musical interpretation of Psalm 27 in keeping with the Psalm that was spoken over her life at birth by her father and her Heavenly Abba. "Coincidence" is not a kosher word :)

Note that Messiah did not use the YHVH Name, but instructed us to pray saying, "Avinu/Our Father.") Tim Hegg of Torah Resource has a great scholarly article on the "Sacred Name" issue. Note regarding: "Taking His Name in vain" is, at its fullest sense, is to say you represent Him and live your life contrary to His Torah (instructions).

Middle-earth
Middle-earth is the setting of much of J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. The term is equivalent to the term Midgard of Norse mythology, describing the human-inhabited world, i.e. the central continent of world of Tolkien's imagined mythological past. Tolkien's most widely read works, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings take place entirely in Middle-earth, and Middle-earth has also become a short-hand to refer to the legendarium or its "fictional-universe".
Within his stories, Tolkien translated the name "Middle-earth" as Endor (or sometimes Endórë) and Ennor in the Elvish languages Quenya and Sindarin respectively, sometimes referring only to the continent that the stories take place on, with another southern continent called the Dark Land.
Middle-earth is the central continent of Earth (Arda) in an imaginary period of the Earth's past (Tolkien placed the end of the Third Age at about 6,000 years before his own time), in the sense of a "secondary or sub-creational reality". Its general position is reminiscent of Europe, with the environs of the Shire intended to be reminiscent of England (more specifically, the West Midlands, with Hobbiton set at the same latitude as Oxford).
