The author argued that company-provided lunches easily paid for themselves as staff spent extra time in the office ... I worked for an investment bank in the '90s that fed staff who worked late ... Do you prefer to get out of the office for lunch or other meals? ... I don't understand staff who eat company-supplied breakfast and lunch at their work desk each day, or work late each night so they can get a free meal or food allowance....
