The following is a character list of main and secondary characters on the Disney Channel series Phineas and Ferb.
Main characters
Phineas Flynn
Phineas Flynn (voiced by Vincent Martella) Like other characters, he has red hair, his age is not mentioned. Phineas, along with his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher, star in the A-Plot of every episode. The series concerns Phineas's attempts to avoid boredom by finding something new to do every day of the summer vacation. He does this with his less-talkative stepbrother Ferb, and often with many other neighborhood children. He is known to be very selfless and energetic. Phineas has many catch phrases like "Oh, there you are, Perry" or "Hey, Ferb! I know what we're going to do today!" and "Hey, where's Perry?".
Phineas comes from a blended family. The creators chose this arrangement because they considered it underused in children's programming as well as from Marsh's experiences in one. As a character, Phineas has received a positive critical response, with one reviewer describing him and his brother as a "comical pairing." Phineas appears in Phineas and Ferb merchandise, including plush toys,t-shirts, and a video game.

We’ve just been to Mazda’s secret design studio in Frankfurt to discover a brand new electric car. Could it be the long awaited MX-5 EV? Er no. It’s something a little more sensible - the 6e.
This new 6 will be available with pure electric, PHEV and range extender powertrains, although only the EV is confirmed for the UK at the moment. To help spread the cost of its bets, the 6e is made in collaboration with a Chinese company called Changan, who calls its version the Deepal SL03. We guess 6e sounds a bit more, er, sexy?
The basic standard range model has a 258PS motor powering the back wheels wired to a 68.9kWh LFP battery, which gives a range of 310 miles. That’s respectable, if not exceptional in terms of the total, although the efficiency of 4.5 m/kwh is impressive. The 200kW charging peak is at the higher end for this type of car too, but an 11kW AC figure is disappointing – we really like 22k.
There is longer range model too, but the figures are a bit odd. It uses a lithium ion battery with a 80kWh capacity which gives a 345 mile range. But you have to sacrifice a few horsepower as it only has 244PS. That’s most unusual, as most electric cars have more power on the bigger battery models. Mazda told me it’s because the LFP battery can supply more power without risk of overheating. With less power, performance and a slower charging speed you will have to really need the extra 35 miles of range to make it worthwhile choosing the long range car, especially as it is more expensive too. Mazda promises the Mazda DNA will come across in the driving experience, helped by a comparatively low weight.

Norway boasts the highest electric vehicle adoption rate in the world. 82% of new car sales were EVs in Norway in 2023. In comparison, 7.6% of new car sales were electric in the U.S. last year, according to Kelley Blue Book estimates. The Norwegian government started incentivizing the purchase of EVs back in the 1990s, but it wasn’t until Tesla and other EV models became available about ten years ago that sales really started to take off. Norway’s capital, Oslo, is also electrifying its ferries, buses, semi trucks and even construction equipment. Gas pumps and parking meters are being replaced by chargers. It’s an electric utopia of the future. CNBC flew across the globe to meet with experts, government officials and locals to find out how the Scandinavian country pulled off such a high EV adoption rate.

Norway boasts the highest electric vehicle adoption rate in the world. 82% of new car sales were EVs in Norway in 2023. In comparison, 7.6% of new car sales were electric in the U.S. last year, according to Kelley Blue Book estimates. The Norwegian government started incentivizing the purchase of EVs back in the 1990s, but it wasn’t until Tesla and other EV models became available about ten years ago that sales really started to take off. Norway’s capital, Oslo, is also electrifying its ferries, buses, semi trucks and even construction equipment. Gas pumps and parking meters are being replaced by chargers. It’s an electric utopia of the future. CNBC flew across the globe to meet with experts, government officials and locals to find out how the Scandinavian country pulled off such a high EV adoption rate.

Mercedes Benz is one of the most iconic automakers ever known for its luxurious cars and opulent designs. More recently though, they’ve had a difficult time switching over to electric. One of the main reasons for this is that Mercedes has confused EV efforts with modernization efforts. They’ve gone over the top when it comes to modern interior and exterior designs, and while the new interior designs were well-accepted, the new exterior designs were not. The general sentiment seems to be that all EQ vehicles look like eggs. And while this is great for reducing drag, this isn’t exactly what Mercedes buyers are looking for. It does seem like Mercedes is learning from this lackluster reception though as they are ditching the EQ lineup altogether and sticking to their traditional cars that just happen also to have electric variants. This video explains Mercedes's EV effort and why the luxury car company has had so much difficulty pivoting to electric.

Automakers are hedging their bets on electric vehicles and stepping up their investment in hybrid cars as consumers’ growing disinterest in fully electric vehicles has forced the industry to shift gear.
A combination of high EV depreciation and concern over inadequate charging infrastructure has chilled buyers’ enthusiasm for fully electric cars, prompting a rebound in sales of hybrid vehicles that many automakers had ignored.
Volvo scrapped its target of going all electric by 2030 last week, saying it now expected to still be offering some hybrid models in its lineup at that time.

We’ve just been to Mazda’s secret design studio in Frankfurt to discover a brand new electric car. Could it be the long awaited MX-5 EV? Er no. It’s something a little more sensible - the 6e.
This new 6 will be available with pure electric, PHEV and range extender powertrains, although only the EV is confirmed for the UK at the moment. To help spread the cost of its bets, the 6e is made in collaboration with a Chinese company called Changan, who calls its version the Deepal SL03. We guess 6e sounds a bit more, er, sexy?
The basic standard range model has a 258PS motor powering the back wheels wired to a 68.9kWh LFP battery, which gives a range of 310 miles. That’s respectable, if not exceptional in terms of the total, although the efficiency of 4.5 m/kwh is impressive. The 200kW charging peak is at the higher end for this type of car too, but an 11kW AC figure is disappointing – we really like 22k.
There is longer range model too, but the figures are a bit odd. It uses a lithium ion battery with a 80kWh capacity which gives a 345 mile range. But you have to sacrifice a few horsepower as it only has 244PS. That’s most unusual, as most electric cars have more power on the bigger battery models. Mazda told me it’s because the LFP battery can supply more power without risk of overheating. With less power, performance and a slower charging speed you will have to really need the extra 35 miles of range to make it worthwhile choosing the long range car, especially as it is more expensive too. Mazda promises the Mazda DNA will come across in the driving experience, helped by a comparatively low weight.

Norway boasts the highest electric vehicle adoption rate in the world. 82% of new car sales were EVs in Norway in 2023. In comparison, 7.6% of new car sales were electric in the U.S. last year, according to Kelley Blue Book estimates. The Norwegian government started incentivizing the purchase of EVs back in the 1990s, but it wasn’t until Tesla and other EV models became available about ten years ago that sales really started to take off. Norway’s capital, Oslo, is also electrifying its ferries, buses, semi trucks and even construction equipment. Gas pumps and parking meters are being replaced by chargers. It’s an electric utopia of the future. CNBC flew across the globe to meet with experts, government officials and locals to find out how the Scandinavian country pulled off such a high EV adoption rate.

Mercedes Benz is one of the most iconic automakers ever known for its luxurious cars and opulent designs. More recently though, they’ve had a difficult time switching over to electric. One of the main reasons for this is that Mercedes has confused EV efforts with modernization efforts. They’ve gone over the top when it comes to modern interior and exterior designs, and while the new interior designs were well-accepted, the new exterior designs were not. The general sentiment seems to be that all EQ vehicles look like eggs. And while this is great for reducing drag, this isn’t exactly what Mercedes buyers are looking for. It does seem like Mercedes is learning from this lackluster reception though as they are ditching the EQ lineup altogether and sticking to their traditional cars that just happen also to have electric variants. This video explains Mercedes's EV effort and why the luxury car company has had so much difficulty pivoting to electric.

Main characters
Phineas Flynn
Phineas Flynn (voiced by Vincent Martella) Like other characters, he has red hair, his age is not mentioned. Phineas, along with his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher, star in the A-Plot of every episode. The series concerns Phineas's attempts to avoid boredom by finding something new to do every day of the summer vacation. He does this with his less-talkative stepbrother Ferb, and often with many other neighborhood children. He is known to be very selfless and energetic. Phineas has many catch phrases like "Oh, there you are, Perry" or "Hey, Ferb! I know what we're going to do today!" and "Hey, where's Perry?".
Phineas comes from a blended family. The creators chose this arrangement because they considered it underused in children's programming as well as from Marsh's experiences in one. As a character, Phineas has received a positive critical response, with one reviewer describing him and his brother as a "comical pairing." Phineas appears in Phineas and Ferb merchandise, including plush toys,t-shirts, and a video game.
