Khudai Khidmatgar, a movement started by the Frontier Gandhi Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan Sahab in 1920 and now revived by Faisal Khan in 2011 has spelled numerous achievements since its revival. Its main area of operation is 'providing relief to the oppressed'. 'Servants of God' as the literal meaning, the Khudai Khidmatgars have achieved that much success which seems cumbersome and tough if any other Movement is put in comparison with! Beti Bachao Abhiyan, Women Emancipation and Empowerment esp. their's Share in MANREGA, Minority Rights Awareness, Nationwide Campaign for Youth for Communal Harmony, Support Erom Sharmila Campaign, Save Ganga-Yamuna and Opposing the Atrocities on Minority People anywhere in the World are the steps successfully dealt by the Khudai Khidmatgars to name a few. Here in this Video, I have personally interviewed QAMAR JAHAN BANO who is a Woman Member of Khudai Khidmatgar. Even being illiterate and coming from a strict traditional village background, she had done exemplary works towards women emancipation in her area. In this interview, she is describing as how she helped Sunita who was on a rape-bid in her village and the Police was harassing her on the contrary. Sister Qamar shows the photo of that poor lady at 0.59 who was beaten mercilessly by the Police just because she was from a backward/Dalit community but Qamar Jahan raised the victim's voice that ended up with her justice in process. Also she will describe the story of a 1-day old Girl-child abandoned by her parents but adopted by another, all but with her sincere efforts. Salutes to Qamar Jahan, Salutes to Khudai Khidmatgar.
