The 23rd Annual Los Angeles Music Awards was presented at the red carpet event attached to the Hollywood F.A.M.E. Award presentations held in West Hollywood at the historic Avalon Theater, hosted by comedian/actor Robert Burton along with co-host Brad Mercer, who delivers the introduction of the trio's set.
