Plot: Widowed Colonel Khurana, a resident of India, goes to London, accumulates enough wealth, returns to India, opens a private Sanatorium for the insane, and hires his daughter, Tanvi, as one of the psychiatrists'. Plot: This story is about Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhagat Pandey (Om Puri), who is thorough, honest, and has an excellent track record of apprehending criminals. He takes charge of his post, and transforms everything to a diligent and honest policing machine. A truly moving movie depicting characters from India's freedom struggle against the British, Raj Guru, Bhagat Singh, and Sukhdev Singh were the ones who fought for freedom again the British, in this kalyuga, the three Rajnath Guru, Bhagat Pandey, and Sukhdev Singh must fight against corruption and their very own lives.

It is then he finds out that Bishan has lost everything, his wife and son have left him, and his uncle and cousin had embezzled all the money. Kishan uses his only asset, his voice, to restore Bishan's glory only to find out that a desperate Bishan has abducted a group of school-girls, abroad a yacht that he used to own, demanding huge ransoms from their respective parents. Subsequently, Kishan learns that Bishan is dead. Unable to handle this shock, Kishan loses his mental balance and is hospitalized. The question remains, what compelled Bishan to abduct the school-girls, and how did Bishan actually die?

Then the family move to Delhi, and go to meet Vishal's friend, Murli's mom, who recognizes Nisha as the woman who had come to give birth to a child several years ago.
