Aitbaar (Hindi: ऐतबार, Urdu: اعتبار, English: Trust) is a 1985 Hindi film, directed by Mukul Anand and starring Raj Babbar, Dimple Kapadia, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongpa and Sharat Saxena. It was a remake of Alfred Hitchcock's 1954 thriller, Dial M For Murder.
Film's music is by Bappi Lahiri and lyrics by Hasan Kamaal and Farukh Kaiser, who gave Kisi Nazar Ko Tera Intezaar, a memorable ghazal duet by Asha Bhosle and Bhupinder.
Plot
Neha is the only daughter of wealthy and widowed Mr. Khanna, and he would like to see her married and well settled before he passes on. Neha is in love with Sagar, who is not prepared for marriage, so she marries the man of her dad's choice, a tennis player, Jaideep. Soon after her marriage, her dad passes away, and she finds that Jaideep does not love her anymore, and is, in fact, very abusive toward her. This leads her back to Sagar's arms, who is now a successful singer.
Then Neha notices a remarkable change in Jaideep's behavior, he abstains from alcohol, starts taking an interest in her dad's business, appears apologetic for his past abusive behavior, and adores her. Then her life turns upside down when she receives a letter from a blackmailer, asking her to pay INR 1 lakh or a love letter written to her by Sagar will be mailed to Jaideep. Neha delivers the money, but is unable to get the letter back. She confides about this to Sagar. While Sagar and Jaideep are out at a stag party, Neha's house is broken into, and a man named Vikramjit attempts to kill her, but instead ends up getting killed by her.
The Police, summoned by Jaideep, find the letter from Sagar in Vikramjit's pocket. As a result Neha is arrested, tried in court, and sentenced to death under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Eventually, Neha is proved innocent and Jaideep is found guilty. He commits suicide unable to bear his defeat.

Find a quiet place and relax. Soft music, though not a necessity, can create an appropriate atmosphere. Sit comfortably upright on the floor or in a chair.
Keep your eyes open and, without staring, gently rest them on a chosen point somewhere in front of your room.
Gently withdraw your attention from all sights and sounds. Become the observer of your own thoughts.
Don't try to stop thinking, just be the observer, not judging or being carried away by your own thoughts.
Gradually they will slow down and you will begin to feel more peaceful. Create one thought for yourself, about yourself for example, "I am a peaceful soul." Hold that thought on the screen of your mind; visualize yourself as being peaceful, quiet and still.
Stay as long as you can in the awareness of this thought. Do not try to fight off or suppress other thoughts or memories that may come to distract you. Just watch them pass by and return to your created thought, "I am a peaceful soul."
Now think of the Supreme Soul, who is the ocean of peace, bliss, love and so on. Soul receives all these virtues from Him.
Acknowledge and appreciate the positive feelings and other positive thoughts, which may spring directly from this thought.
Be stable in these feelings for a few minutes. Be aware of unrelated thoughts. Finish your meditation by closing your eyes for a few moments and creating complete silence in your mind.

Oberoi (also spelled as Uberoi, Oberai and Obhrai) is a Khatri clan.
History
Oberoi is a highly prominent Khatri surname found in India's Punjab and Haryana state. They are a north Indian community that originated in the Pothohar Plateau of Punjab. This region is historically connected with the composition of the Vedas and classics like the Mahabharata and Ashtadhyayi. Most Oberois live in Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur districts of Punjab. This region is known as the Doaba.A hand full of Oberois live in Chandigarh.
When Pakistan and India gained independence, most of the Oberois migrated to India from what became Pakistan. Today Oberois live in all regions of India, but are concentrated in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

Suresh Oberoi
Suresh Oberoi (born Vishal Kumar Oberoi; 17 December 1946) is an Indian character actor. He is the father of Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi. He was born in Quetta, now Pakistan. and is a recipient of 1987 National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor. He started his career in radio shows, modelling and later moving to Bollywood, making him a popular character actor in the 1980s and much of 1990s.
Early life
Oberoi was born to Anand Sarup Uberoi, a Punjabi business man and Kartar Devi on 17 December 1946 in Quetta, then Baluchistan Province (Pre-Parition India), present day Pakistan. Within a year due to partition the family along with four brothers and sisters moved to India, and later relocated to Hyderabad state where his family established a chain of medical stores. Oberoi attended St. George's Grammar School in Hyderabad and was active in sports. He was Tennis and swimming champion, later winning President’s Award as Boy Scout. After his father’s death when just out of high school, Oberoi along with his brother continued running his pharmacy chains. He is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, English, Telugu and Tamil.

Anil Kapoor
Anil Kapoor (born 24 December 1959) is an Indian actor and producer who has appeared in many Bollywood films and more recently international films. Kapoor's career has spanned almost 40 years as an actor. He was the producer for the critically acclaimed movie Gandhi, My Father.
Anil Kapoor made his Hindi film debut with Umesh Mehra's Hamare Tumhare (1979) in a small role. He was then starred as a lead actor in the 1980 Telugu film, Vamsa Vruksham directed by veteran Bapu. He then made his Kannada film debut with Mani Ratnam's blockbuster Pallavi Anu Pallavi (1984). He received his first Filmfare Award, in the Best Supporting Actor category, for his role in Yash Chopra's Mashaal (1984). Kapoor earned his first Filmfare Best Actor Award for his performance in N. Chandra's Tezaab (1988) and later again for his performance in Indra Kumar's Beta (1992). Anupam Kher
Anupam Kher (born 7 March 1955) is an Indian actor who has appeared in several hundred films and many plays. Mainly working in Hindi films, he has also appeared in acclaimed international films such as the 2002 Golden Globe nominated Bend It Like Beckham, Ang Lee's 2007 Golden Lion winning Lust, Caution, and David O. Russell's 2013 Oscar winning Silver Linings Playbook. Kher has won the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role five times. For his performance in film Vijay he won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor.
He has held the post of chairman of Central Board of Film Certification and National School of Drama in India. The Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri in 2004 and the Padma Bhushan in 2016 for his contribution in the field of cinema and arts.
His wife, actress Kirron Kher is a Member of the Indian Parliament from Chandigarh.
Early life
Kher was born on 7 March 1955 in Shimla. His father was a clerk and he had a modest upbringing. He received education at D.A.V. School in Shimla. In his struggling days as an actor in Mumbai he used to sleep on the railway platform before he found fame and fortune in films. He is an alumnus and a former chairperson of the National School of Drama. Some of his early acting roles were in plays performed at the Himachal Pradesh University.

Plot
Neha is the only daughter of wealthy and widowed Mr. Khanna, and he would like to see her married and well settled before he passes on. Neha is in love with Sagar, who is not prepared for marriage, so she marries the man of her dad's choice, a tennis player, Jaideep. Soon after her marriage, her dad passes away, and she finds that Jaideep does not love her anymore, and is, in fact, very abusive toward her. This leads her back to Sagar's arms, who is now a successful singer.
Then Neha notices a remarkable change in Jaideep's behavior, he abstains from alcohol, starts taking an interest in her dad's business, appears apologetic for his past abusive behavior, and adores her. Then her life turns upside down when she receives a letter from a blackmailer, asking her to pay INR 1 lakh or a love letter written to her by Sagar will be mailed to Jaideep. Neha delivers the money, but is unable to get the letter back. She confides about this to Sagar. While Sagar and Jaideep are out at a stag party, Neha's house is broken into, and a man named Vikramjit attempts to kill her, but instead ends up getting killed by her.
The Police, summoned by Jaideep, find the letter from Sagar in Vikramjit's pocket. As a result Neha is arrested, tried in court, and sentenced to death under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Eventually, Neha is proved innocent and Jaideep is found guilty. He commits suicide unable to bear his defeat.

Make an appointment with yourself for 10 or 20 minutes each morning or evening.
Find a quiet place and relax. Soft music, though not a necessity, can create an appropriate atmosphere. Sit comfortably upright on the floor or in a chair.
Keep your eyes open and, without staring, gently rest them on a chosen point somewhere in front of your room.
Gently withdraw your attention from all sights and sounds. Become the observer of your own thoughts.
Don't try to stop thinking, just be the observer, not judging or being carried away by your own thoughts.
Gradually they will slow down and you will begin to feel more peaceful. Create one thought for yourself, about yourself for example, "I am a peaceful soul." Hold that thought on the screen of your mind; visualize yourself as being peaceful, quiet and still.
Stay as long as you can in the awareness of this thought. Do not try to fight off or suppress other thoughts or memories that may come to distract you. Just watch them pass by and return to your created thought, "I am a peaceful soul."
Now think of the Supreme Soul, who is the ocean of peace, bliss, love and so on. Soul receives all these virtues from Him.
