It's perfect, what I used)
Q) Can you take breaks, leave and go to the restroom?
A)
Yes, you can take breaks between test's. Between each test I went and got a cup of coffee. I took on average
20 minutes between tests. (don't know if this is true for all locations but for mine it was!)
Q) What should I bring with me?
A) Bring only photo identification and school ID. Testing supplies will be issued including paper, pencil and calculator. Do not bring personal items because they will take them.

What if I don't pass the first time?

A) most programs only allow you to take the Hesi A2 entrance exam once a year.
Sometimes you may be able to take it a second time after 6 months.
