#1: What constitutes a country's legitimate claim to artifacts?
#2: Can artifacts morally be in one place and legally in another, or are they the same?
#3: What defines looting? When is "looting" permissible?
#4: Considering our case studies, does "absolute inalienability" apply and should it be the end all argument to determining "ownership".
