Unusually for a record (for me, at least), “Constants” collects tracks written in four very different moments in time: some are recent — so recent I’ve only had the opportunity to play them out just a handful of times — while others are over one year old. I really wish the story behind this EP would be a bit more interesting so this text could completely blow your mind but I’m afraid there were no dragons, no sex, no drugs and definitely no rock’n’roll involved. All four were mostly produced by me while sipping coffee and wearing boxer shorts in front of a computer.
I could somehow try to describe the music on here but it would probably take less for you to give it a listen. However, if you happen to be one of the humans that prefer reading about music, you might want to wait a little bit longer: hopefully some smart blogger will skip through the SoundCloud previews for you and describe them in detail using words he learned a few minutes prior to posting it on the internet.
Anyway, I’m really happy to see these finally out, especially on a label I have always looked up to like Vakant. I really used to think Smoke, Kaden and Ozer were aliens at some point.
Hopefully you will enjoy this music as much as I loved writing and playing it out.

SEA is the sixth film from director Hector Barrero. It tells the story of a week in the life of Cantabrian longboarder Ruben Fuente, who thanks to his love of the sea and his constant effort and development, has managed to fulfil some of the greatest of his life-long goals.
SEA is an epic journey that begins in the north of Spain and heads to the south, in the search of good waves, ever-changing light and friends, old and new.
SEA not only demonstrates the wide variety of waves that can be found on a day to day basis, but also boasts an outstanding soundtrack to compliment each single moment of the film, including tracks from Lucius Works Here, Dante Place and Brian Hunt.
The first world-wide screening of SEA will be during the 5th Surf Film Festival in the city of Santander, to be celebrated from the 8th-12th December 2010. The premiere is set for Saturday 11th December at 19.00 in the 'Cine Los Angeles' in the centre of the city. In the festival itself, some of the best films of the year will also be screened, many never before seen, at the illustrious hands and great endeavours of organiser Charlie Restegui.

An aficionado's household name ever since riding a well-deserved wave of hype in 2008, Burak Sar aka SIS has continued to impress with his instantly recognizable percussive grooves and unmistakable production style. Stepping up for the 99th release on Crosstown Rebels (having previously appeared on the first ever RebelLION) the German producer delivers ambitious four-tracker - the 'Round Pen EP'.
Shakers and bongos open things up on 'Faces', before a big, unwavering 4/4 kick enters the floor coupled with a hazy bassline. An evocative sample is used creatively in trademark SIS style and will no doubt have the same devastating effect on the floor. Things then get a little darker with a minimal, almost micro house intro on 'Unforty'. Spacey pads and a menacing bassline lead the way hypnotically until an organ synth line snaps us out of the trance, giving the track a new perspective.
We then dive straight back into some more vocal-led, peak time madness on 'Miles From Me'. SIS displays his renowned propensity for manipulated vocals, chopping up a blues sample beyond recognition and then releasing the full vocal later on; whist a gratifying combo of warming distortion, elongated reverb tails and echoed stabs ensures that sounds twist and turn for the duration. Finally we return to the deep for 'Forward Line', a driving and relentless piece characterised by a slick percussive groove and hypnotic synth lead.

In Greek mythology, Hector (Ἕκτωρ Hektōr, pronounced [héktɔːr]) was a Trojan prince and the greatest fighter for Troy in the Trojan War. As the first-born son of King Priam and Queen Hecuba, who was a descendant of Dardanus and Tros, the founder of Troy, he was a prince of the royal house and the heir apparent to his father's throne. Fire Emblem, released in Japan as Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken (ファイアーエムブレム 烈火の剣, Faiā Emuburemu Rekka no Ken, translated as Fire Emblem: The Sword of Flame) is a tactical role-playing game for the Game Boy Advance, developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo. The game was released on April 25, 2003 in Japan, November 3, 2003 in North America, February 20, 2004 in Australia, and July 16, 2004 in Europe.
It is the seventh main game (8th overall) of the Fire Emblem series, the second in the series to be released for the Game Boy Advance and the first to be released in either North America or Europe. It is the prequel to Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi, taking place twenty years before. It was the highest rated Fire Emblem game on Game Rankings with an 88.3% rating until the release of Fire Emblem Awakening a decade later.
Gameplay
Fire Emblem is a turn-based tactical role-playing game in which players move a small group of units around a square-based grid, battling their enemies in order to complete a certain predefined objective. Los Angeles (
i/lɒs ˈændʒəlᵻs/ loss AN-jə-ləs or loss AN-jə-liss) (Spanish for "The Angels"), officially the City of Los Angeles and often known by its initials L.A., is the second-largest city in the United States after New York City, the most populous city in the state of California, and the county seat of Los Angeles County.

An aficionado's household name ever since riding a well-deserved wave of hype in 2008, Burak Sar aka SIS has continued to impress with his instantly recognizable percussive grooves and unmistakable production style. Stepping up for the 99th release on Crosstown Rebels (having previously appeared on the first ever RebelLION) the German producer delivers ambitious four-tracker - the 'Round Pen EP'. Shakers and bongos open things up on 'Faces', before a big, unwavering 4/4 kick enters the floor coupled with a hazy bassline. An evocative sample is used creatively in trademark SIS style and will no doubt have the same devastating effect on the floor. Things then get a little darker with a minimal, almost micro house intro on 'Unforty'. Spacey pads and a menacing bassline lead the way hypnotically until an organ synth line snaps us out of the trance, giving the track a new perspective. We then dive straight back into some more vocal-led, peak time madness on 'Miles From Me'. SIS displays his renowned propensity for manipulated vocals, chopping up a blues sample beyond recognition and then releasing the full vocal later on; whist a gratifying combo of warming distortion, elongated reverb tails and echoed stabs ensures that sounds twist and turn for the duration. Finally we return to the deep for 'Forward Line', a driving and relentless piece characterised by a slick percussive groove and hypnotic synth lead. -

Unusually for a record (for me, at least), “Constants” collects tracks written in four very different moments in time: some are recent — so recent I’ve only had the opportunity to play them out just a handful of times — while others are over one year old. I really wish the story behind this EP would be a bit more interesting so this text could completely blow your mind but I’m afraid there were no dragons, no sex, no drugs and definitely no rock’n’roll involved. All four were mostly produced by me while sipping coffee and wearing boxer shorts in front of a computer.
I could somehow try to describe the music on here but it would probably take less for you to give it a listen. However, if you happen to be one of the humans that prefer reading about music, you might want to wait a little bit longer: hopefully some smart blogger will skip through the SoundCloud previews for you and describe them in detail using words he learned a few minutes prior to posting it on the internet.
Anyway, I’m really happy to see these finally out, especially on a label I have always looked up to like Vakant. I really used to think Smoke, Kaden and Ozer were aliens at some point.
Hopefully you will enjoy this music as much as I loved writing and playing it out.

The first world-wide screening of SEA will be during the 5th Surf Film Festival in the city of Santander, to be celebrated from the 8th-12th December 2010. The premiere is set for Saturday 11th December at 19.00 in the 'Cine Los Angeles' in the centre of the city. In the festival itself, some of the best films of the year will also be screened, many never before seen, at the illustrious hands and great endeavours of organiser Charlie Restegui.

Les forces lleials a la Generalitat i les milícies populars aturen els colpistes després de dos dies de combats al carrer, però comencen tres anys de guerra a una ciutat que pateix la violència revolucionària, els bombardejos indiscriminats de l'aviació feixista sobre la població civil, la misèria i, amb l'ocupació franquista el gener de 1939, la repressió del nou règim.
En el recorregut per la ciutat, l'equip de "Trinxeres" coneix Antoni Cánovas, de 96 anys, que quan en tenia 16 va agafar el fusell per impedir l'aixecament militar franquista a Barcelona; Harmonia Sales, que d'adolescent va viure els bombardejos, i Rosa Dryja, filla d'un brigadista eslovac que mai va arribar a conèixer.

An aficionado's household name ever since riding a well-deserved wave of hype in 2008, Burak Sar aka SIS has continued to impress with his instantly recognizable percussive grooves and unmistakable production style. Stepping up for the 99th release on Crosstown Rebels (having previously appeared on the first ever RebelLION) the German producer delivers ambitious four-tracker - the 'Round Pen EP'.
Shakers and bongos open things up on 'Faces', before a big, unwavering 4/4 kick enters the floor coupled with a hazy bassline. An evocative sample is used creatively in trademark SIS style and will no doubt have the same devastating effect on the floor. Things then get a little darker with a minimal, almost micro house intro on 'Unforty'. Spacey pads and a menacing bassline lead the way hypnotically until an organ synth line snaps us out of the trance, giving the track a new perspective.
We then dive straight back into some more vocal-led, peak time madness on 'Miles From Me'. SIS displays his renowned propensity for manipulated vocals, chopping up a blues sample beyond recognition and then releasing the full vocal later on; whist a gratifying combo of warming distortion, elongated reverb tails and echoed stabs ensures that sounds twist and turn for the duration. Finally we return to the deep for 'Forward Line', a driving and relentless piece characterised by a slick percussive groove and hypnotic synth lead.

I really wish the story behind this EP would be a bit more interesting so this text could completely blow your mind but I’m afraid there were no dragons, no sex, no drugs and definitely no rock’n’roll involved. All four were mostly produced by me while sipping coffee and wearing boxer shorts in front of a computer.
I could somehow try to describe the music on here but it would probably take less for you to give it a listen. However, if you happen to be one of the humans that prefer reading about music, you might want to wait a little bit longer: hopefully some smart blogger will skip through the SoundCloud previews for you and describe them in detail using words he learned a few minutes prior to posting it on the internet.
Anyway, I’m really happy to see these finally out, especially on a label I have always looked up to like Vakant. I really used to think Smoke, Kaden and Ozer were aliens at some point.
Hopefully you will enjoy this music as much as I loved writing and playing it out.

The premiere is set for Saturday 11th December at 19.00 in the 'Cine Los Angeles' in the centre of the city. In the festival itself, some of the best films of the year will also be screened, many never before seen, at the illustrious hands and great endeavours of organiser Charlie Restegui.

SEA is the sixth film from director Hector Barrero. It tells the story of a week in the life of Cantabrian longboarder Ruben Fuente, who thanks to his love of the sea and his constant effort and development, has managed to fulfil some of the greatest of his life-long goals.
SEA is an epic journey that begins in the north of Spain and heads to the south, in the search of good waves, ever-changing light and friends, old and new.
SEA not only demonstrates the wide variety of waves that can be found on a day to day basis, but also boasts an outstanding soundtrack to compliment each single moment of the film, including tracks from Lucius Works Here, Dante Place and Brian Hunt.
The first world-wide screening of SEA will be during the 5th Surf Film Festival in the city of Santander, to be celebrated from the 8th-12th December 2010. The premiere is set for Saturday 11th December at 19.00 in the 'Cine Los Angeles' in the centre of the city. In the festival itself, some of the best films of the year will also be screened, many never before seen, at the illustrious hands and great endeavours of organiser Charlie Restegui.

SEA es la sexta película del director Héctor Barrero. En ella se narra una semana cotidiana en la vida de Ruben Fuente, un longboarder cantabro que gracias a su amor por el mar, su constante esfuerzo y evolución logró ver cumplidas sus primeras metas.
SEA es un largo viaje que arranca en la costa norte hasta el sur de España en busca de buenas olas, luz y el reencuentro con nuevos y viejos amigos.
SEA no solo tiene variedad de olas que cualquiera puede encontrarse de forma cotidiana, cuenta con una banda sonora que encaja con cada momento del film de forma precisa y que está firmada por La Casa del Mar (lacasadelmar.es/), Lucius Works Here (luciusworkshere.com), Hunt & Bordas (facebook.com/lazetazea), Dante Place (danteplace.es/) y Brian Hunt (myspace.com/brianbrianhunt).

Sea est un long voyage qui commence sur la côte nord et s'achève tout au sud de l'Espagne, à la recherche de bonnes vagues, de lumière, et de vieilles et nouvelles connaissances.
Sea est un florilège de vagues que chacun peut découvrir quotidiennement, et compte avec une bande originale qui s'intègre parfaitement à chaque moment du film, composée par Lucius Works Here, Dante Place et Brian Hunt.
La première diffusion mondiale de Sea aura lieu à l'occasion de la 5ème édition du Surf Film Festival de la Ciudad de Santander, du 8 au 12 décembre 2010. La première se jouera le samedi 11 à 19h00 au cinéma Los Angeles, à Santander. Stepping up for the 99th release on Crosstown Rebels (having previously appeared on the first ever RebelLION) the German producer delivers ambitious four-tracker - the 'Round Pen EP'.
Shakers and bongos open things up on 'Faces', before a big, unwavering 4/4 kick enters the floor coupled with a hazy bassline. An evocative sample is used creatively in trademark SIS style and will no doubt have the same devastating effect on the floor. Things then get a little darker with a minimal, almost micro house intro on 'Unforty'. Spacey pads and a menacing bassline lead the way hypnotically until an organ synth line snaps us out of the trance, giving the track a new perspective.
We then dive straight back into some more vocal-led, peak time madness on 'Miles From Me'. SIS displays his renowned propensity for manipulated vocals, chopping up a blues sample beyond recognition and then releasing the full vocal later on; whist a gratifying combo of warming distortion, elongated reverb tails and echoed stabs ensures that sounds twist and turn for the duration. Finally we return to the deep for 'Forward Line', a driving and relentless piece characterised by a slick percussive groove and hypnotic synth lead.

Part 1 kicks off with Nate and Sam in a boat, making their way to a distant island in the middle of a storm, being chased by boats of enemies.
Soon after, we get to see a young Nate and Sam in an orphanage, before flashing forward 15 years to Nate and Gustavo having a good ol' fashioned Panama prison fistfight.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the latest part of the excellent Uncharted series by Naughty Dog. Nathan Drake and his wife Elena Fisher have settled into normal lives, with Nate trying to leave his old life as an adventurer and treasure huner behind.
However, things quickly turn complicated after Nate's older brother Sam, believed to have been shot and killed during a prison escape, turns up out of the blue one day. Before long, Nate is dragged back into the world of treasure hunting one last time, as he and Sam, accompanied by Victor Sullivan, attempt to track down the prize claimed by Captain Henry Avery from the Gunsway heist.
Constantly on their tale is the Avery obsessed sociopath Rafe, mercenary commander Nadine, and infamous drug lord Hector Alcazar.
