This was my first attempt at mousse - I've wanted to try it for a long time but the raw egg idea always put me off. I was surprised at how easy it was to make. Didn't taste eggy at all and was just sweet enough. Had a taste before it went in the fridge and it was just like the fast food mousse but better! I used thickened cream so it set to cheesecake firmness. Delicious served with candied orange on top.
