There is a strange holy war happening in the school as a group of Christian musicians and group of Emo boys battle for the music room. Caught amongst this are Ethan, an Emo, and good Christian girl Trinity, who are newly in love. Finding it hard enough to reconcile their own differences, they dread what will happen if their friends ever find out. As the war escalates and things turn serious, the star-crossed lovers are forced to make decisions that might cost them their friends, their place in school, and each other.

I'm aware that it's Helen Massey singing for Jemima, not Veerle Casteleyn. But I only recently found that out (I didn't know who dubbed or how much of it was dubbed til now) so I didn't have it in the video cuz this video is kinda old.
NOTES:
Admetus/Rumpus Cat - Neither of them have any lines by themselves so I just used a line about Rumpus.
Plato/Macavity - Plato doesn't have any lines and the closest thing Macavity has is laughter so I used that.
Victoria - Again, no lines to herself, so I used her solo dance music.

The musical film is a film genre in which songs sung by the characters are interwoven into the narrative, sometimes accompanied by dancing. The songs usually advance the plot or develop the film's characters, though in some cases they serve merely as breaks in the storyline, often as elaborate "production numbers". A subgenre of the musical film is the musical comedy, which also includes a strong element of humor.
The musical film was a natural development of the stage musical after the emergence of sound film technology. Typically, the biggest difference between film and stage musicals is the use of lavish background scenery and locations that would be impractical in a theater. Musical films characteristically contain elements reminiscent of theater; performers often treat their song and dance numbers as if there is a live audience watching. In a sense, the viewer becomes the deictic audience, as the performer looks directly into the camera and performs to it.
The 1930s through the 1960s are considered to be the golden age of the musical film, when the genre's popularity was at its highest in the Western world.

Just what the title says. Similar to my anime voice actor vids. EDIT: I'm aware that it's Helen Massey singing for Jemima, not Veerle Casteleyn. But I only recently found that out (I didn't know who dubbed or how much of it was dubbed til now) so I didn't have it in the video cuz this video is kinda old. NOTES: Admetus/Rumpus Cat - Neither of them have any lines by themselves so I just used a line about Rumpus. Plato/Macavity - Plato doesn't have any lines and the closest thing Macavity has is laughter so I used that. Victoria - Again, no lines to herself, so I used her solo dance music. -

There is a strange holy war happening in the school as a group of Christian musicians and group of Emo boys battle for the music room. Caught amongst this are Ethan, an Emo, and good Christian girl Trinity, who are newly in love. Finding it hard enough to reconcile their own differences, they dread what will happen if their friends ever find out. As the war escalates and things turn serious, the star-crossed lovers are forced to make decisions that might cost them their friends, their place in school, and each other.

NOTES:
Admetus/Rumpus Cat - Neither of them have any lines by themselves so I just used a line about Rumpus.
Plato/Macavity - Plato doesn't have any lines and the closest thing Macavity has is laughter so I used that.
Victoria - Again, no lines to herself, so I used her solo dance music.
