Hello and welcome to my channel. Toady's recipe is a staple dish from my country, Tunisia, it is a dish that we prepare when we have guests, in our wedding and holidays. It is very nourishing; it got vegetables (source of fiber and vitamins), chickpeas (naturally low in fat, high in dietary fiber, rich in vitamins and mineral and great source of protein), meat, and couscous which can be made from whole grain for more health benefits. Historians argue that couscous may be even older than pasta, It is definitely a Berber dish since its name cannot be from Arab origins, and also since it is the main dish of North African countries like Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, etc I love couscous, I make it every Friday. It adds a very festive, celebratory feel to the table. Ingredients may vary according to the regions and even seasons. There are so many types of couscous, it can be cooked with meat, chicken, fish, Osban (Stuffed sheep, cow Stomach). I hope you try this recipe.It is very easy but the result is extremely delicious, full of flavor couscous. مرحبا بكم! وصفة اليوم طبق أساسي يعد من مميزات المطبخ التونسي،الجزائري و المغربي. الكسكسي وجبة غذائية متكاملة إذ تحتوي على الخضروهو مصدر رئيسي للفيتامينات و الألياف، اللحم و هو بروتين ضروري لتنمية العضلات و الجسم بصفة عامة، الكسكسي الذي يمكن أن يصنع من الحباب الكاملة أو من السميد( صيمولينا ). أتمنى أن تجربو هذه الوصفة Bonjour à vous! La recette d'aujourd'hui est un plat essentielle de la cuisine Tunisienne, algérienne et marocaine. Couscous est un repas complet selon les nutritionnistes, il fais avec les légumes qui est une source importante de vitamines et de fibres, de la viande (protéines), essentielle pour le développement musculaire et le corps en général et le couscous bien sûr, qui peut être fabriqué à partir de Hubab plein ou de la semoule.
