Just a short update to let you know that there is plenty going on behind the scenes with our investigators.
We now have compelling evidence that Hollie's abusers were behind the referral made by Grampian Police to MAPPA which in turn led to a series of contrived events including the spurious use of the Mental Health Act, Anne and Hollie being reported as missing persons, the break-in to Anne and Hollies home in 2010, the ongoing Court hearings and other subsequent events in an attempt to separate Anne and Hollie in order to silence them both, with a view to perverting the course of justice.
It is our opinion that this is why Sylvia Major travelled over 700 miles to watch Anne & Hollie in the High Court back in March 2012.

Background into the Hollie Greig child abuse case, first highlighted in 2000, outlined by her lawyer Robert Green in 2009. He was arrested shortly afterwards for breaching the peace. The "breach" involved the handing out of leaflets bringing attention to the Hollie Greig case on the streets of Aberdeen.
He was subsequently imprisoned by a judge who was a colleague of the main prosecutor, Elish Angiolini, who previously failed to act on the original child abuse allegations,
It is now coming to light that mainstream journalists have been thwarted in their attempts to investigate the background of British celebrity Jimmy Savile and possible "establishment" involvement in child abuse. Jimmy Savile was intimately involved with the Royal family and the higher echelons of British society. The cases may not be linked, but the attempts at cover-up are reminiscent.

Film Description: In Preston Sturges' classic comedy of Depression-era America, filmmaker John L. Robert Greig (27 December 1879 – 27 June 1958) was an Australian-American actor who appeared in over 100 films between 1930 and 1949, usually as the dutiful butler.
Greig was born in Melbourne, Australia, in 1878, and made his Broadway debut in 1928 in an operetta, Countess Maritza. His next production was the Marx Brothers' comedy, Animal Crackers, in which he played the butler, "Hives", and he repeated his characterization when the play was filmed in 1930. Animal Crackers became his film debut, and set the pattern for much of his career, as he was often cast as a butler or other servant.
Although he did several other productions on Broadway, the last in 1938, after his film debut Greig worked steadily in films. He worked again with the Marx Brothers in 1932's Horse Feathers, in which he played a biology professor, and was featured in the 1932 short Jitters the Butler. Notable films in which he broke out of butler-mode were Cockeyed Cavaliers (1934) starring Bert Wheeler and Robert Woolsey, in which Greig played the "Duke of Weskit", and Algiers (1938), in which he was "Giraux", the wealthy and gross protector of Hedy Lamarr.

Film Description: Animal Crackers, like The Cocoanuts before is an all-but-literal translation to film of a smash-hit Marx Brothers Broadway musical. Film Description: In Preston Sturges' classic comedy of Depression-era America, filmmaker John L. Hollie Greig is a young Scottish Lady who has Downs Syndrome.
From the age of 6-20, Hollie was repeatedly raped by a gang of paedophiles in Aberdeen. Her father started the abuse, she was then shared with an establishment paedophile ring, which included a social worker, head master, serving police man and Sheriff (Judge).
Hollies Dad told her he would kill her much loved dog if she told anyone. When Hollie turned 20 a situation developed where she was forced to tell her Mum.
Her Mum then took her to the police.
At first Hollie just told her Mum about her Father and brother raping her,(Her brother was himself abused) but over the following couple of months she re-capped all of her abuse.
The police briefly questioned her brother and father, made them tea, apologised for bringing them in, then released them.
To date none of her establishment abusers have even been questioned.
Shortly after Anne made her report to the police,ten people came to their flat, outside the flat in view of all her neighbours, they threw her to the ground, pulled down her trousers and pants, and injected her. She woke up in a psychiatric unit! They tried to label her paranoid schizophrenic.
During her time in the unit, she was advised to do all they asked, which she did, and was quickly released. On her release she had herself examined by one of Scotland's top psychiatrists, who deemed her perfectly sane. That was in 2000, to date the order to section Anne has not been found!
The harassment of Anne and Hollie became so bad, they had to flee their home, they moved to Shropshire in England. In 2007 Robert Green became involved with the two ladies and their quest for justice.
The abuse and harassment of all three would be much to long to detail here. But for his trouble Robert has been repeatedly arrested, his home raided and jailed! Anne and Hollies home has also been raided, and they have been attacked and victimised by many government agencies!
The paedophile ring that abuse Hollie have very long tentacles, which reach all the way through the UK establishment.
Throughout Hollies quest for justice, her abusers have continued abusing children, Grampian police have never even questioned them. Hollie named other children who were also abused by the same paedophile ring, they have not been questioned either.
Downs syndrome children do not have the ability to fabric lengthy complex stories, coupled with that, they have a wonderful memory, and can remember the most minute details of things that have happened them.
Hollie was awarded £13500 for her injuries, from the abuse. The investigating police man who assessed her claims and medical evidence for the criminal injuries board, deemed Hollie a very reliable and honest witness.

The Judge that jailed him Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen should also be jailed but for fifty years, for being a paedophile sympathizer. When you are jailed for trying to obtain justice for a sexually abused child there is something seriously wrong with the legal system, which incidentally is run by Freemasons.
In the summer of 2000, Hollie told her mother, Anne, that she had been repeatedly sexually abused by her father, Denis Charles Mackie and brother Greg. The abuse had begun when Hollie was just six years` old. Hollie said that Greg had also been abused by his father.
Anne Greig reported this immediately to the local police station in Aberdeen. During the course of that summer, Hollie, who has Down`s Syndrome, began to provide more names of abusers. It transpired that Denis Mackie had been sharing his daughter with a ring of sexual abusers, which included a serving police officer with the Grampian force, Terry Major and an Aberdeen sheriff, Graeme Buchanan.
Medical and other evidence supported Hollie`s account and Grampian Police accepted the truth of Hollie`s statement. Nonetheless, no action was taken by Grampian Police against the perpetrators and despite Anne Greig`s persistence, the Procurator Fiscal, now Lord Advocate, Elish Angiolini prevented any police action taking place.
In fact, the authorities instead attempted to discredit and intimidate Anne by having her forcibly taken to a mental institution, with the intention of handing Hollie back to her abuser father. Fortunately, Anne Greig had the presence of mind to have herself checked by a leading psychiatrist, who proclaimed her perfectly sane, a view with which even the institution were forced to concur.
In the years that have followed, Anne Greig has persisted in her attempts to bring the abusers to justice, not only for the sake of her own children, but also to prevent these dreadful practices continuing against others, which includes adults with learning difficulties as well as children.
It was only in 2009, when the News Of The World courageously broke the story, concentrating on the hitherto unheard of fact that Hollie had received payments from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for crimes that have not even been investigated.
The measures to cover up this terrible story continue unbounded by the authorities.
Several years ago, Denis and Greg Mackie went to live in Portugal. On 8th May 2007, immediately following Madeleine McCann`s disappearance, Anne Greig, accompanied by a victim`s support witness, went to her now local police station in Shrewsbury to tell them to alert the Portuguese Police, as despite the proven case of paedophile abuse, neither of the Mackies had a record of any kind. The McCann team has accepted that the Mackies ought to have been questioned immediately. It is now understood that the British Police failed to pass on these details to their Portuguese counterparts.
Hence, the official cover up has even extended to detracting from the Madeleine McCann investigation.
Investigators have already informed us that discoveries of other paedophile rings in Scotland has been discovered, but it is clear that certain senior figures of authority are prepared to obstruct the course of justice and allow the known sexual abuse of some of society`s most vulnerable people to continue unabated, just to save their own skins.
The Hollie Greig story is now widely known by the media, police, legal, medical and political professions.
The facts are beyond dispute.
The only question that remains will be as to who has sufficient decency and courage to bring this and other issues to a just conclusion.

Ever since 26 January 2011 when the original charges were heard de novo and the original 'solemn' trial before a jury was commuted to a 'summary' Sheriff trial there had been an inevitability about the final outcome. No one foregathered at the court that morning was much surprised therefore when the sentence was delivered, least of all Robert.

I don't realy see how the whole thing could be a hoax. I'm more inclined to believe that the hoax revelation could be a smear campaign on all involved in the hope it'll go away.
I can't say for sure it is all 100% true, but I feel accusations of abuse are real.

'capacity' to make litigation decisions for herself about her life.
The family division judge to whom the young woman's local authority had
applied for endorsement of its care-plan for her, declared from her
bench that the young woman in front of her did not have capacity,
despite no medical evidence having been produced to substantiate this
assessment and despite it being on state and medical record that she
does have capacity.
The justice went on to issue an interim care order under court of
protection rules, of which a consequence was that the official solicitor
should from henceforth represent the young woman, not her own legal
representative. Indeed Hollie's leading campaigner and Advocate Robert Green was conspicuous in his absence as he was recently imprisoned for one year in Aberdeen Prison for raising awareness of Hollie's campaign.
Effectively, in a swoop, this young woman was stripped of her
fundamental human and legal rights by the local authority and family
court, hence her appeal in the high court on Friday 2 March.
On the Appeal day three justices concluded that a UK local authority and a closed family court are now to intervene to take over a vulnerable adults life with no need to produce justification for doing so. It begs the question as to
what criteria may from henceforth be applied to deem any adult,
disabled or otherwise as 'vulnerable' and requiring of state care.
As you have witnessed in this film a huge swell of supporters from Cornwall to Scotland gathered at the Royal Courts to show their support for Hollie Greig and her Mother Anne, confirming the deep level of public concern over this issue.

Effectively, in a swoop, this young woman was stripped of her
fundamental human and legal rights by the local authority and family
court, hence her appeal in the high court on Friday 2 March.
On the Appeal day three justices concluded that a UK local authority and a closed family court are now to intervene to take over a vulnerable adults life with no need to produce justification for doing so. It begs the question as to
what criteria may from henceforth be applied to deem any adult,
disabled or otherwise as 'vulnerable' and requiring of state care.
As you have witnessed in this film a huge swell of supporters from Cornwall to Scotland gathered at the Royal Courts to show their support for Hollie Greig and her Mother Anne, confirming the deep level of public concern over this issue.

I am a British Parliamentarian and I am writing to nominate Mr. Robert Green for the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize. Robert Green is a British children's rights campaigner who has been actively involved for several years in challenging the failure of the police in Scotland to properly investigate the extensive child sex abuse allegations of Hollie Greig, a young woman with Down's Syndrome who was allegedly sexually abused as a child by a large and organised paedophile ring.
Especially in the wake of the revelations about Jimmy Savile and his extensive child sex abuse in the UK which the authorities failed to thoroughly investigate, over the last few years there has been growing awareness of the need for the UK authorities to take child protection and the investigation of child sex abuse allegations much more seriously.
Robert Green has sacrificed his personal finances, job, reputation and freedom in his ongoing campaign to have the Hollie Greig case properly investigated. The Aberdeen Police in Scotland who should be thoroughly investigating Hollie Greig's child sex abuse allegations have instead repeatedly arrested Robert Green and twice raided his house in England and seized his property without returning it.
Even as I write this nomination letter Robert Green is in prison in Scotland, having been arrested for at least the third time by the Aberdeen Police on 13 February 2014. These repeated arrests have been despite the fact that all that Robert Green has campaigned for is for the Aberdeen Police to do their job and properly investigate Hollie Greig's allegations of child sex abuse. A matter of great urgency since whoever abused Hollie Greig is likely to be still extensively abusing other children.
Hollie Greig is originally from Aberdeen, Scotland and has named at least 22 people who allegedly sexually abused her since she was a child and these alleged abusers include head teachers, social workers, a senior police forensics officer (since deceased) and a judge. She also named 7 apparent victims of these alleged abusers.
The Aberdeen Police have so far refused to properly and thoroughly investigate the Hollie Greig case, only interviewing at most just 2 of the 22 named suspects and not even bothering to check their computers for possible possession of child pornography images as is normally done with suspected child sex abusers. Aberdeen Police have also refused to interview any of the victims named by Miss Greig.
This disturbing pattern of repeated arrests of Robert Green by the Aberdeen Police suggests that the arrests are a means of obstructing and stopping Mr. Green's campaign for the abusers of Hollie Greig to be brought to justice.

Children are also the responsibility of the entire community, not just their parents and Robert Green has set a sterling example of sacrificial care and devotion for the security of children by his relentless campaign for the Hollie Greig case to be properly and thoroughly investigated by police and his general active support for child abuse coverups to be publicly exposed. Sex abuse familys legal adviser arrested - By Ryan Crighton - Aberdeen Press & Journal - 13Feb2010 The legal adviser to the family of a disabled woman who claims she was abused by a paedophile ring as a child was arrested yesterday as he made his way to the centre of Aberdeen to hand out leaflets. Political hopeful Robert Green represents the mother of Hollie Greig, a 30-year-old woman with Downs Syndrome who says she was sexually assaulted by a Scottish sheriff, who is still serving, and a senior Grampian Police officer who is now dead. Last night, 63-year-old Mr Green was charged with breach of the peace. He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday. It is understood he was arrested as he made his way to Union Street, where he was going to tell people about Hollies case and his plans to contest the Aberdeen South parliamentary seat as an independent candidate. Mr Green, of Cheshire, had been staying at a bed and breakfast in King Street. He was expected in Union Street near the Marks and Spencer store at 10.30am but never arrived. Other injustice campaigners, including Aberdeen man David Emslie, formerly of Nigg Kirk Road, were waiting for Mr Green and said they were concerned for his safety when he did not appear. Grampian Police later confirmed Mr Green was in custody. A spokesman said: A 63-year-old man has been charged in connection with a breach of the peace. As this case is now active, it would be inappropriate to make any other comment. Police, with the consent of Mr Green, searched his room in King Street and are believed to have left with documents belonging to him. Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her. The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000. The abuse is alleged to have taken place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July that year naming those involved. The family moved to Shropshire and two Grampian Police officers travelled to Shrewsbury in September last year to re-interview Hollie at a special facility. Last month, the Crown Office revealed there was not enough reliable evidence to proceed with the case. A spokesman said at the time: Historical allegations of sexual abuse made by a 30-year-old woman in Shropshire have been thoroughly investigated by police. Crown counsel have considered all the available information and decided that there is insufficient credible, reliable and admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations. Despite no charges ever being brought, Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April last year. It is understood that followed evidence from a Grampian detective inspector, who described Hollie as a truthful witness to the best of her ability and an entirely innocent victim. If the police don't investigate and prosecute in this case ask, why? If the police and government keep a gagging order which is for national security slapped on Robert Green for talking about children being raped ask, why? Why is he not allowed to speak? Why was he arrested by the police when the victims he is speaking up for named their abusers and gave the names and all the details to the police (Grampian Police btw) and the police didn't even interview anyone. This is beyond scandalous, bring these people to justice. The media won't cover this, the police arrest the people speaking up. WE have to spread this and bring justice. ENOUGH!
