To decide between Kaplan and Princeton Review, there are a few things to consider.
Princeton Review has far more time in class, about double that of Kaplan.
Princeton Review MCAT also offers a lot of written materials, while Kaplan MCAT offers none.
The Princeton Review vs Kaplan MCAT for price is a draw. Both are about the same.
For online materials, Kaplan has a clear edge.
As far as practice questions, Kaplan has a lot more online questions, but their tests are poor predictors of the real MCAT score. For Princeton Review MCAT, they also are poor predictors but in my mind mimic the test better and also tend to underpredict your score on the real MCAT.
As far as guarantees, both are pretty similar.
For teachers, both have students who have done well on the MCAT. For private tutors, Princeton Review MCAT offers tutors who have proven they have what it takes to get people higher scores, although you'll pay far more for this.
As far as websites go, Kaplan MCAT's site is far nicer than Princeton Review's.
Overall, I think that if you learn better with online materials and practice questions, I'd go with Kaplan. If you learn better in class, I'd go with Princeton Review.
