#MotorOli und #FotoRalph sind diesmal im Auftrag der Zuschauer unterwegs und haben bei der Performance-Schmiede HGP-Turbo nach dem Rechten gesehen. Nach vielen Spekulationen aufgrund eines ominösen Internetvideos schaffen wir jetzt endlich Klarheit und werden von Motorenlegende Martin Gräf persönlich zum Stand der Dinge aufgeklärt.
Seid bei der weltweit ersten kleinen offiziellen Ausfahrt im brandneuen HGP Golf 7 R 3.6 L Bi-Turbo dabei und lauscht dem sonoren Klang des wohl brachialsten getüvten 6enders in einem 7er Golf. Die Leistung ist atemberaubend und die Geräuschkulisse gibt endlich das her, was die Fans der legendären V(R)6 Modelle in der Serie (leider) schon länger schmerzlich vermissen.
Die Leistung liegt bei 740 PS (+), das max. Drehmoment bei 925 Nm. Die Beschleunigung wird vermutlich unter 3 Sek. 0-100 km/h und unter 8,9 Sek. 0-200 km/h liegen. V/Max. über 330 km/h (alles Schätzwerte!!!).
Bei dem im Video gezeigten Wagen handelt es sich übrigens um ein finalisiertes Entwicklungsfahrzeug, welches von einem Kunden in Auftrag gegeben und bereits an diesen übergeben worden ist. Derzeit arbeitet HGP mit Hochdruck an einem eigenen Fahrzeug mit dem in naher Zukunft auch die echten Messwerte gefahren werden.

The Human Genome Project (HGP) is an international scientific research project with a primary goal of determining the sequence of chemical base pairs which make up human DNA, and of identifying and mapping the total genes of the human genome from both a physical and functional standpoint.[1] It remains the largest collaborative biological project.[2]
The first official funding for the Project originated with the US Department of Energy's Office of Health and Environmental Research, headed by Charles DeLisi, and was in the Reagan Administration's 1987 budget submission to the Congress.[3] It subsequently passed both Houses. The Project was planned for 15 years.[4]
In 1990, the two major funding agencies, DOE and NIH, developed a memorandum of understanding in order to coordinate plans, and set the clock for initiation of the Project to 1990.[5] At that time David Galas was Director of the renamed "Office of Biological and Environmental Research" in the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Science, and James Watson headed the NIH Genome Program. In 1993 Aristides Patrinos succeeded Galas, and Francis Collins succeeded James Watson, and assumed the role of overall Project Head as Director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Human Genome Research Institute. A working draft of the genome was announced in 2000 and a complete one in 2003, with further, more detailed analysis still being published.
A parallel project was conducted outside of government by the Celera Corporation, or Celera Genomics, which was formally launched in 1998. Most of the government-sponsored sequencing was performed in universities and research centres from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Germany, Spain and China.[6] Researchers continue to identify protein-coding genes and their functions; the objective is to find disease-causing genes and possibly use the information to develop more specific treatments. It also may be possible to locate patterns in gene expression, which could help physicians glean insight into the body's emergent properties.
The Human Genome Project originally aimed to map the nucleotides contained in a human haploid reference genome (more than three billion). Several groups have announced efforts to extend this to diploid human genomes including the International HapMap Project, Applied Biosystems, Perlegen, Illumina, J. Craig Venter Institute, Personal Genome Project, and Roche-454.
The "genome" of any given individual is unique; mapping "the human genome" involves sequencing multiple variations of each gene.[7] The project did not study the entire DNA found in human cells; some heterochromatic areas (about 8% of the total genome) remain unsequenced. Fahrspass-Update @HGP-Turbo: #MotorOli & #FotoRalph sind einer spontanen Einladung von Dampfturbinendreher Martin Gräf gefolgt und haben sich die Entstehung der neuesten Ausbaustufe des Golf 7 R by HGP zeigen lassen.
Im Ergebnis zaubert HGP 480 knallharte PS unter die Haube und feilt mit viel Detailliebe an der Feinabstimmung. Unter dem Strich stehen dann atemberaubende 3,2 Sek. von 0-100 km/h, die wieder und wieder abgespult worden sind - 0-200 km/h in 10,8 Sek. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit liegt bei über 300 km/h.
Wie immer: Viel Gequatsche, wenig Zeit und nur bedingte Vorplanung ;-)

German aftermarket company HGP, specializing in tuning VW cars has created this insane Golf 6 R that will kill supercars. For this project, HGP removed the stock two-liter turbocharged inline-four cylinder engine and installed a VR6 unit from VW Passat R36. HGP also treated the six cylinder unit with a comprehensive list of modifications, including a twin-turbocharger setup, two large volume intercoolers, modified ECU, custom HPG Carbon-ceramic discs and high pressure fuel pump, among others.

Survival Island
Survival Island, also known as Three, is a 2005 erotic thriller film written and directed by Stewart Raffill. It stars Billy Zane, Kelly Brook, and Juan Pablo Di Pace.
Plot
The film revolves around Jack Ryan (Billy Zane) and Jennifer (Kelly Brook), a rich couple who are yachting in the Caribbean during Christmas. One of their crew is the handsome Manuel (Juan Pablo Di Pace), who is cursed by his angry ex-girlfriend as he prepares to leave on the yacht. He is clearly bothered and has a difficult time fulfilling requests for the crew and guests. After the captain confronts him, Manuel quits and throws down a rag as he storms out of the galley. The rag lands on a gas flame and causes the entire yacht to catch fire. The captain is unable to control the blaze with a fire extinguisher so they abandon ship. Their lifeboats are capsized by a storm later that night and everyone becomes separated.
Washing up on a deserted island, Jennifer is completely alone until she sees the body of the captain in the water. As she attempts to resuscitate him, Manuel appears and also unsuccessfully tries to revive the man. They bury the captain and, under Manuel's guidance, set out to build a shelter and find food. Eventually, Jack also turns up on the island. Although things go smoothly for a little while, Jack eventually suspects Manuel of having desires on his wife and declares the man his enemy, promising to ruin his life once they get off the island. Manuel responds that Jack had better get home soon, because he can ruin Jack's life right there on the island. This puts Jennifer in the uncomfortable position of her loyalty to Jack conflicting with the realization that they both need Manuel's help to survive. A proud man, Jack insists that he can provide for them both, but it quickly becomes apparent that he cannot. Jack and Jennifer's relationship also starts quickly deteriorating.

Extreme Survival
Extreme Survival is a survival television series hosted by Ray Mears. The series airs on the BBC in United Kingdom, it is also shown on Discovery Channel in the United States, Canada, India, Italy, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Russia, where he demonstrates his wilderness skills and presents tales of survival from some of the world's most difficult environments. Seid bei der weltweit ersten kleinen offiziellen Ausfahrt im brandneuen HGP Golf 7 R 3.6 L Bi-Turbo dabei und lauscht dem sonoren Klang des wohl brachialsten getüvten 6enders in einem 7er Golf. Die Leistung ist atemberaubend und die Geräuschkulisse gibt endlich das her, was die Fans der legendären V(R)6 Modelle in der Serie (leider) schon länger schmerzlich vermissen.
Die Leistung liegt bei 740 PS (+), das max. Drehmoment bei 925 Nm. Die Beschleunigung wird vermutlich unter 3 Sek. 0-100 km/h und unter 8,9 Sek. 0-200 km/h liegen. V/Max. über 330 km/h (alles Schätzwerte!!!).
Bei dem im Video gezeigten Wagen handelt es sich übrigens um ein finalisiertes Entwicklungsfahrzeug, welches von einem Kunden in Auftrag gegeben und bereits an diesen übergeben worden ist. Derzeit arbeitet HGP mit Hochdruck an einem eigenen Fahrzeug mit dem in naher Zukunft auch die echten Messwerte gefahren werden.

The Human Genome Project (HGP) is an international scientific research project with a primary goal of determining the sequence of chemical base pairs which make up human DNA, and of identifying and mapping the total genes of the human genome from both a physical and functional standpoint.[1] It remains the largest collaborative biological project.[2]

A parallel project was conducted outside of government by the Celera Corporation, or Celera Genomics, which was formally launched in 1998. Most of the government-sponsored sequencing was performed in universities and research centres from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Germany, Spain and China.[6] Researchers continue to identify protein-coding genes and their functions; the objective is to find disease-causing genes and possibly use the information to develop more specific treatments. It also may be possible to locate patterns in gene expression, which could help physicians glean insight into the body's emergent properties.

Im Ergebnis zaubert HGP 480 knallharte PS unter die Haube und feilt mit viel Detailliebe an der Feinabstimmung. Unter dem Strich stehen dann atemberaubende 3,2 Sek. von 0-100 km/h, die wieder und wieder abgespult worden sind - 0-200 km/h in 10,8 Sek. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit liegt bei über 300 km/h.
Wie immer: Viel Gequatsche, wenig Zeit und nur bedingte Vorplanung ;-)

This video features the most extremely tuned Golf: a 800HP Volkswagen Golf 6 R 3.6 HGP Biturbo modified by ChipProfi, racing on a closed airfield against other supercars, like a 1000HP Toyota Supra, 750HP Audi RS7 Sportback, 750HP Shelby GT500, Porsche 997 GT2, Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG and more!!
German aftermarket company HGP, specializing in tuning VW cars has created this insane Golf 6 R that will kill supercars. For this project, HGP removed the stock two-liter turbocharged inline-four cylinder engine and installed a VR6 unit from VW Passat R36. HGP also treated the six cylinder unit with a comprehensive list of modifications, including a twin-turbocharger setup, two large volume intercoolers, modified ECU, custom HPG Carbon-ceramic discs and high pressure fuel pump, among others.
