Bugzy Malone (born 20 December 1990) is an English Grime MC from Manchester, England. Bugzy Malone has been described as one of the key players instigating a "grime revival" moving the UK scene away from more commercially orientated music.
Bugzy released his debut mixtape, titled SwaggaMan in 2010. He began doing freestyles for popular urban YouTube channels in 2011 including his Daily Duppy for Grime Daily. In 2014 Bugzy Malone released a spitfire freestyle on JDZmedia which went on to get over 2 million views and was his first million views on YouTube. This gave him more popularity outside Manchester and later earned him a Fire in The Booth with Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1Xtra. Bugzy Malone released his latest Fire in The Booth on 14 of March 2015. During this Bugzy lyrically attacked fellow grime MC Chip, this eventually led to the release of "Relegation Riddim" Chip replied to his critics including Bugzy on his war dub "Pepper Riddim". This started the "Grime Beef" and drew attention to the Grime Scene. To capitalise on this hype, Bugzy Malone released a war dub for Chip entitled "Relegation Riddim" travelling to Chip's hometown of Tottenham to film the video for the song. In 2015 Bugzy Malone featured on a street track with Tinie Tempah along with Stormzy called "It's peak". The song was another indirect send at Chip.
Malone is a family name. From the Irish "Mael Eòin", the name means a servant or a disciple of Saint John.
Malone is a 48-kilometre (30 mi) long stream (torrente) of Piedmont, in north-western Italy. It is a left side tributary of the river Po which flows through the Canavese.
The river’s source is at Monte Soglio from which it falls quickly and rapidly through the communes of Corio, Rocca Canavese, Barbania and Front (TO), growing in force as it receives contributions from streams descending from the Riserva Naturale della Vauda nature reserve on its right bank. The Malone then runs past Rivarossa, Lombardore, San Benigno Canavese then arrives at Brandizzo (near Chivasso) where it enters the Po.
The Italian word torrente, translated as torrent, or stream, refers to a river in which the flow is subject to a wide and broadly predictable seasonal variation. Torrents often dry up in summer.
The Malone in full flood, however, can be genuinely “torrential” in the normal English sense of the word. The mean discharge of around 7 cubic metres per second (250 cu ft/s) can increase a hundredfold and cause great damage, as happened in the flood of October 2000.
Malone is a 1987 American film adaptation of William P. Wingate's novel, written by Christopher Frank, directed by Harley Cokeliss, and stars Burt Reynolds, Cliff Robertson and Lauren Hutton.
A floatplane navigates through the Pacific Northwest, landing in Puget Sound. As the well-dressed passenger emerges, ex-CIA agent Richard Malone targets him in his crosshairs, but he is unable to pull the trigger. He burns his Maryland driver's license and heads inland. His Mustang breaks down in a rural Oregon valley. He manages to push it to Mountain Service station, owned by Paul Barlow who runs the station with his 17-year-old daughter Jo. Barlow suggests the fastest way to repair the car is to tow it 60 miles to a larger service station. Malone opts to stay and wait for the necessary parts to arrive. Paul invites Malone to stay in the spare room.
The next day, Jo snoops and finds through Malone's property including his gun. Malone helps Paul with his repair work and quickly sizes up the town, which is under the thumb of Charles Delaney, who buys up all the property he can and forces people to sell to him, when they first refuse. One day, as Malone walks Jo home from the bus stop, a group of Delaney's thugs harass Jo and refuse to let the couple proceed. Malone severely beats the ringleader, Dan Bollard, sending him to the hospital. Dan's brother, Calvin is goaded into killing Malone by Delaney's main henchman Madrid, but Malone kills Calvin instead.
He's a sinner
Candy-coated
For all his friends
He always seems to be alone
But they love him
Bugsy Malone
A city slicker
He can charm you
With a smile and a style all his own
Everybody loves that man
Bugsy Malone
Hot-headed Bugsy makes his mind up
Don't mess with Bugsy or you'll wind up
Wishing you'd left well enough alone
He's a man, a mountain
He's a rolling stone
And when he' II leave you
Sad and lonely, crying
I couldn't say, but it's known
That everybody wants that man
