Ajay, happens to rescue Rajkumar and donates blood to him at the hospital. Later Rajkumar and Ajay become best friends and slowly Ajay begins to see Rajkumar's greed and inhumanity. Rajkumar expresses one day to Ajay that he wants to get married to Kajal, a girl who has been sold to Rajkumar by an uncle and the marriage is not under her consent. Ajay falls in love with Kajal and takes her away from the claws of Rajkumar. Later Rajkumar sets out to burn the whole city with his rage to kill Ajay.

Then their lives are turned upside down when a woman named Esha is killed, and the police arrest the real Mohan for this crime, and hold him in a cell. When Sohan finds out, he goes to the police and admits killing Esha. The question remains, why was Mohan arrested, and why does Sohan have also to admit in this killing, or where both the impersonators involved in her killing?

Then their board of directors oust them and elect a new Chairman - who is none other than Ajay Malhotra. Pooja, who lives with her dad, confides that she loves a fellow collegian by the name of Yogi Joshi, and Ajay arranges her marriage with him, only to find out that he loves his other daughter, Kajal. Now Ajay has to decide whether he can go ahead and get Pooja married and break Kajal's heart or vice versa - complicated all the more by his estranged wife, and her family.

Plot: Apu is a jobless ex-student dreaming vaguely of a future as a writer. An old college friend talks him into a visit up-country to a village wedding.
