A 35-year-old fugitive Punjabi film producer, who had escaped from police custody from court premises two years ago, was arrested by the Crime Branch of Delhi police from Mumbai ... The accused, Gaurav Sethi (35), had produced two Punjabi films in 2008 and 2011....
