Even after it was superseded in power, Gjallarhorn remains Destiny's most iconic weapon ... It was so strong, in fact, that Destiny developer Bungie functionally retired it in its last major update to the game, leaving its stats unchanged as other weapons were boosted to new levels. Gjallarhorn seemed set to be consigned to Destiny history — a happy memory for early adopters. But now it's coming back ... ....

A new update is coming to Destiny tomorrow, June 14. It focuses on balancing both weapons and the Hunter class. On the Hunter side, Bungie said it wants to ensure there are numerous viable choices. A new addition to the ranks of Seattle’s burgeoning virtual reality market has received nearly $1 million in seed funding. Founded by a veteran of animated film house Pixar and video game developer Bungie, the company, called Limitless Ltd., raised the money from a slew of investors.
