It's been such an interesting year in the markets so far, sort of these quiet records just kept happening and they've really been able to climb a wall of worry I guess. Are the markets right now correctly pricing in perfection?
BRAD MCMILLAN, CIO, COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL NETWORK (ENGLISH) SAYING:
I would agree with you they're pricing in perfection. I would disagree they're pricing it incorrectly. I think if you look at the first quarter of the year, for example, no one expected weather to hit us as hard as we did. You can argue that's a one-time event, but that's my point. There are a lot of one-time events. Who knows when's the next one going to be?
ANCHOR QUESTION OFF-CAMERA (ENGLISH) SAYING:
Why do you think we haven't seen a significant correction yet?
BRAD MCMILLAN, CIO, COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL NETWORK (ENGLISH) SAYING:
I think there are a couple of supporting factors that have kept people from pulling out. The first is that the general public, the average investor, has started to focus more on the risk of being out of the market than in. So, there's a risk tolerance there that wasn't there before. Second of all, there's a tremendous amount of money falling into the system as a whole. If you look at margin debt, for example, that's supplementing demand. I think those are the two factors that have really kept the bubble inflating and until one or the other of those changes, it will probably continue.

I don't have adequate words to describe this event...I'm going to copy and paste the description from Justin Cohn's blog, "Ice Chips" because I'm too lazy to type it all out myself... "Timeline of craziness Here's how it all went down By Justin A. CohnThe Journal Gazette The Komets lead the Muskegon Lumberjacks 1-0 after one period, thanks to a Blair Stayzer goal. Ironic, since the Komets' enforcer wasn't on the ice for one of the biggest melees I've ever seen. I just looked at the video. Here's a timeline: - Brad MacMillan crashed the Muskegon net, looking for a goal. I didn't see anything wrong with it. - Muskegon's Tom Galvin comes in and slashes MacMillan's stick harshly, setting off an 11-player melee behind the net, which included goalie Sebastien Centomo for a second or two. - In the fracas, Lincoln Kaleigh Schrock of Fort Wayne fights a skill player, John DiPace. (**see other video from that evening which I've uploaded**) - MacMillan celebrates on his way to the penaly box and Centomo mocks him. - After the goals are sorted out, Muskegon's Robin Big Snake begins having words with Komets star Colin Chaulk. The puck is dropped and Big Snake cross-checks Chaulk from behind, inciting a fight. - As the players converge, Muskegon's Jason Lawmaster, an enforcer-type, tackles arguably the most gentlemanly player in the IHL, Konstantin Shafranov, and that sets off another melee. - After that fight ends, MacMillan leaves the penalty box to get at Lawmaster and fight him, throwing a linesman in the process. - Big Snake pushes another linesman as he doesn't want to go to the penalty box. Eventually, he leaves the box to taunt MacMillan. - All that came of this were 63 minutes in penalties, including game misconducts for Big Snake, MacMillan and Lawmaster. - What do I think? MacMillan deserves a 15-to-20 game suspension. Big Snake should get 8-to-11 games. Lawmaster will get targetted by Stayzer when these teams next meet. - Brad Jones, the IHL's disciplinarian just told me leaving the penalty box carries with it a minimum 10-game suspensions for MacMillan and Big Snake, pending further review, of course. /quote -

It's been such an interesting year in the markets so far, sort of these quiet records just kept happening and they've really been able to climb a wall of worry I guess. Are the markets right now correctly pricing in perfection?
BRAD MCMILLAN, CIO, COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL NETWORK (ENGLISH) SAYING:
I would agree with you they're pricing in perfection. I would disagree they're pricing it incorrectly. I think if you look at the first quarter of the year, for example, no one expected weather to hit us as hard as we did. You can argue that's a one-time event, but that's my point. There are a lot of one-time events. Who knows when's the next one going to be?

Why do you think we haven't seen a significant correction yet?
BRAD MCMILLAN, CIO, COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL NETWORK (ENGLISH) SAYING:
I think there are a couple of supporting factors that have kept people from pulling out. The first is that the general public, the average investor, has started to focus more on the risk of being out of the market than in. So, there's a risk tolerance there that wasn't there before. Second of all, there's a tremendous amount of money falling into the system as a whole. If you look at margin debt, for example, that's supplementing demand. I think those are the two factors that have really kept the bubble inflating and until one or the other of those changes, it will probably continue.

"Timeline of craziness
Here's how it all went down

The Komets lead the Muskegon Lumberjacks 1-0 after one period, thanks to a Blair Stayzer goal. Ironic, since the Komets' enforcer wasn't on the ice for one of the biggest melees I've ever seen.
I just looked at the video. Here's a timeline:
- Brad MacMillan crashed the Muskegon net, looking for a goal. I didn't see anything wrong with it.
- Muskegon's Tom Galvin comes in and slashes MacMillan's stick harshly, setting off an 11-player melee behind the net, which included goalie Sebastien Centomo for a second or two.
- In the fracas, Lincoln Kaleigh Schrock of Fort Wayne fights a skill player, John DiPace. (**see other video from that evening which I've uploaded**)
- MacMillan celebrates on his way to the penaly box and Centomo mocks him.
- After the goals are sorted out, Muskegon's Robin Big Snake begins having words with Komets star Colin Chaulk. The puck is dropped and Big Snake cross-checks Chaulk from behind, inciting a fight.
- As the players converge, Muskegon's Jason Lawmaster, an enforcer-type, tackles arguably the most gentlemanly player in the IHL, Konstantin Shafranov, and that sets off another melee.
- After that fight ends, MacMillan leaves the penalty box to get at Lawmaster and fight him, throwing a linesman in the process.
- Big Snake pushes another linesman as he doesn't want to go to the penalty box. Eventually, he leaves the box to taunt MacMillan.
- All that came of this were 63 minutes in penalties, including game misconducts for Big Snake, MacMillan and Lawmaster.
- What do I think? MacMillan deserves a 15-to-20 game suspension. Big Snake should get 8-to-11 games. Lawmaster will get targetted by Stayzer when these teams next meet.
- Brad Jones, the IHL's disciplinarian just told me leaving the penalty box carries with it a minimum 10-game suspensions for MacMillan and Big Snake, pending further review, of course.

I would agree with you they're pricing in perfection. I would disagree they're pricing it incorrectly. I think if you look at the first quarter of the year, for example, no one expected weather to hit us as hard as we did. You can argue that's a one-time event, but that's my point. There are a lot of one-time events. Who knows when's the next one going to be?

The first is that the general public, the average investor, has started to focus more on the risk of being out of the market than in. So, there's a risk tolerance there that wasn't there before. Second of all, there's a tremendous amount of money falling into the system as a whole. If you look at margin debt, for example, that's supplementing demand. I think those are the two factors that have really kept the bubble inflating and until one or the other of those changes, it will probably continue.

Here's how it all went down

The Komets lead the Muskegon Lumberjacks 1-0 after one period, thanks to a Blair Stayzer goal. Ironic, since the Komets' enforcer wasn't on the ice for one of the biggest melees I've ever seen.
I just looked at the video. Here's a timeline:
- Brad MacMillan crashed the Muskegon net, looking for a goal. I didn't see anything wrong with it.
- Muskegon's Tom Galvin comes in and slashes MacMillan's stick harshly, setting off an 11-player melee behind the net, which included goalie Sebastien Centomo for a second or two.
- In the fracas, Lincoln Kaleigh Schrock of Fort Wayne fights a skill player, John DiPace. (**see other video from that evening which I've uploaded**)
- MacMillan celebrates on his way to the penaly box and Centomo mocks him.
- After the goals are sorted out, Muskegon's Robin Big Snake begins having words with Komets star Colin Chaulk. The puck is dropped and Big Snake cross-checks Chaulk from behind, inciting a fight.
- As the players converge, Muskegon's Jason Lawmaster, an enforcer-type, tackles arguably the most gentlemanly player in the IHL, Konstantin Shafranov, and that sets off another melee.
- After that fight ends, MacMillan leaves the penalty box to get at Lawmaster and fight him, throwing a linesman in the process.
- Big Snake pushes another linesman as he doesn't want to go to the penalty box. Eventually, he leaves the box to taunt MacMillan.
- All that came of this were 63 minutes in penalties, including game misconducts for Big Snake, MacMillan and Lawmaster.
- What do I think? MacMillan deserves a 15-to-20 game suspension. Big Snake should get 8-to-11 games. Lawmaster will get targetted by Stayzer when these teams next meet.
- Brad Jones, the IHL's disciplinarian just told me leaving the penalty box carries with it a minimum 10-game suspensions for MacMillan and Big Snake, pending further review, of course.

Diarrhoeal diseases – a direct result of poor sanitation – claim more children every year than AIDS, malaria and measles combined.
A taboo topic often shrouded in ignorance and silence, toilet sanitation begs for open discourse and social awareness in its global implications on health, education and safety.
Jack Sim asks the provocative question: what would it take to mobilise our society and see social change in this sorely neglected issue, and what can we do about it?
Widely known as Mr Toilet, Jack Sim broke the global taboo of toilet and sanitation by bringing the agenda to global media centre-stage. After attaining financial independence, he retired from business to devote the rest of his life to social work. In 1998 he founded the Restroom Association of Singapore and the World Toilet Organization (WTO) in 2001, a global network and service platform for toilet associations to promote sound sanitation and public health policies. WTO declared November 19th as World Toilet Day which has now been adopted as Official UN World Toilet Day. In 2004 Mr Sim was awarded the Singapore Green Plan Award for his contribution to the environment. He is also an Ashoka Global Fellow and Schwab Fellow of the World Economic Forum. Time Magazine named him Hero of the Environment in 2008.

Currently, state legislative leaders decide the district make-up. Cindi Canary and Brad McMillan of Independent Map Amendment discuss the steps necessary in getting the initiative on the ballot, the impact of a U. S. Supreme Court ruling on redistricting in Arizona and the expected challenge to the petition.
