We are very relaxed, but when it's time to play, we get serious. It is not mandatory that you participate in every event. But due to the way we run things, you'll want to. First off, real life events take priority. The majority of us are currently serving in the armed forces, or are veterans of the current wars. We communicate clearly and effectively and respect each other on every level and most importantly... immaturity will not be tolerated. We have three units that are worth noting: 10th Special Forces Group: First off, we are not your typical MILSIM unit. Though we do have a command structure in place, we do not associate ourselves with ranks. Our playstyle is unique in the sense that every member of our unit knows how to do each other's job, but takes special emphasis in their own. We cross train, and we cross train quickly and efficiently. In order to become a "green beret", you don't have to go through a basic training course. You simply go through a quick and simple selection process, that allows us to identify if you have the potential to work well with this community. 4th Infantry Division: Unlike the 10th SFG, the 4th ID has a rank structure more in tune with a realistic army unit. In missions, the 4th ID acts primarily as armored support for the 10th SFG ground troops. 160th SOAR: Members of the 160th fly the planes and helicopters that provide Close Air Support and transport for the 10th SFG. Also up and coming is the pararescue unit within the 160th that deals with rescuing survivors of downed aircraft and providing quick medical aid to ground troops.
