e30 316 -85 with m50b28 engine (m52b28 block, crank, pistons and connecting rods with m50b25 non-vanos head and everything else). First start with KDFI v1.4 straight from the box. Only TPS was calibrated. Second start with few adjustments in tunerstudio (req-fuel, speed density etc.)

A brief news update from KDFI, Channel 27 in Dallas. This is Jocelyn White from around July of 1985 I would guess, based on the story about Muse Air the predicted high of 100. I left in a few commercials and the intro to "Science Fiction Theatre."
The KDFI motormanagement on the test bench. It wasn't working propperly so we took it out of the Van again to make it easier to fiddle with.
Driving around in rural France, while showing Tunerstudio MS on the connected laptop. E28 528i with M30B28 engine, AFM-delete (now MAP sensor) and distributor-delete (now DIS coil). Engine still needs some more tuning but runs quite okay already. Currently the acceleration 0-100 km/u (0-62 mph) is 7.2-7.4 seconds. More than a second faster than a stock 528i.
