Ravi Verma is an efficient and sincere C.B.I officer, He always stands against all anti-social elements who are trying to destruct the peace and prosperity of our nation. Rudra and Mazdittia are rival Mafia Dons. Kali Shankar, a Mazdittia look alike, kills Ravi Vermas son Bunty, but Kali goes in coma stage, when Ravi Verma shoots him. DSP asks Ravi Verma to disguise as Kali and enter the Mafia gang to find out their whereabouts. Ravi Verma as Kali eliminates Rudra, But when Ravi Verma is on a US mission, Kali awake from coma and enters Ravi Vermas house and tries to molest Ravi Vermas sister and wife, but fails. In the Climax, Ravi Verma rushes back from US. Kali and Mazdittia captures him for the secret file, but Ravi Verma eliminates everyone saving himself, his family and of course, our Nation.

Prem Qaidi in which Chandramohan (Harish) is a poor boy and the son of Suryanath (Bharat Bhushan). Suryanath lost his legs while saving his employer Kasturi Prasad's (Dalip Tahil) life. In return Kasturi allows Chandru to work in his home. Kasturi's naughty daughter Neelima (Karisma Kapoor) initially teases Chandru to have fun. But soon falls in love with him. Kasturi doesn't like this and fires him from the job. His men attack him which leads to their murdering Suryanath. Unfortunately, Chandru gets trapped in the murder and is sent to reform school as a punishment.The jailor there Sushil Kumar is corrupt (Shafi Inamdar) and he tortures Chandru but the superintendent Prabhavati (Rama Vij) understands Chandru's emotions and love for Neelima. Manu and Kanu are two con-men and petty thieves who work alone and are not known to one another. They individually decide to work for underground criminal Don "K.K.", and K.K. accepts them. This does not auger well with Bichoo, K.K.'s son, who dislikes them as he had physical disputes with them in the past. When both are assigned work, Bichoo makes an anonymous call to the police, and both are arrested, held in a cell, chained to each other. They are then transported to the Court, they escape, still chained to each other. It is then the underworld and the general community in India is shocked when photographs of both the escapees are flashed across television sets that they are responsible for killing a Police Inspector named Amar Sinha, and that the police have issued shoot-at-sight orders for both of them. The question remains, why would two small-time crooks take it upon themselves to kill a Police Officer?

Plot: Being branded a coward for abandoning his ship full of over 300 passengers. Captain Vijay Pal Singh, is discharged from duty, humiliated by society and disowned by his parents. The owner of the mine is Dhanraj Puri, a carefree and irresponsible man whose mine is poorly equipped, with less than sufficient medical supplies, and no facilities for the miners and their families. Vijay trys to save every workers life in order to overcome his haunted past but to no avil. But one day water forced itself in one of the mining tunnels, endangering the lives of over 400 workers. Vijay along with some of his other colleagues put up a big fight to save each and every workers life. Which at last was successful and Vijay was able to overcome his troubled past.

Ravi Verma is an efficient and sincere C.B.I officer, He always stands against all anti-social elements who are trying to destruct the peace and prosperity of our nation. Rudra and Mazdittia are rival Mafia Dons. Kali Shankar, a Mazdittia look alike, kills Ravi Vermas son Bunty, but Kali goes in coma stage, when Ravi Verma shoots him. DSP asks Ravi Verma to disguise as Kali and enter the Mafia gang to find out their whereabouts. In return Kasturi allows Chandru to work in his home. Kasturi's naughty daughter Neelima (Karisma Kapoor) initially teases Chandru to have fun. But soon falls in love with him. Kasturi doesn't like this and fires him from the job. His men attack him which leads to their murdering Suryanath. Unfortunately, Chandru gets trapped in the murder and is sent to reform school as a punishment.The jailor there Sushil Kumar is corrupt (Shafi Inamdar) and he tortures Chandru but the superintendent Prabhavati (Rama Vij) understands Chandru's emotions and love for Neelima. She tries helping Chandru and Neelima meet each other. But her own husband (Paresh Rawal) and son Ravi (Chakravarthy) are against her. They meet Kasturi and Ravi gets ready to marry Neelima. Will the two 'Prem Qaidi's' succeed in meeting. Will Prabhavati be able to bring her husband and son to the right path?

Manu and Kanu are two con-men and petty thieves who work alone and are not known to one another. They individually decide to work for underground criminal Don "K.K.", and K.K. accepts them. This does not auger well with Bichoo, K.K.'s son, who dislikes them as he had physical disputes with them in the past. When both are assigned work, Bichoo makes an anonymous call to the police, and both are arrested, held in a cell, chained to each other. They are then transported to the Court, they escape, still chained to each other. It is then the underworld and the general community in India is shocked when photographs of both the escapees are flashed across television sets that they are responsible for killing a Police Inspector named Amar Sinha, and that the police have issued shoot-at-sight orders for both of them. The question remains, why would two small-time crooks take it upon themselves to kill a Police Officer?
