Madhyamavati The ragamalika is in praise of Sri Krishna Anjaneya , the presiding deities of a unique temple located at Anaimalai, Pollachi, Tamilnadu, India. This ancient temple was renovated during the reign of Sri Krishna Devaraya and it is believed that Sri Vyasaraya established this temple. Here, Sri Krishna Prathistha has been rendered atop Sri Veera Anjaneya Swamy, a rare spiritual sight.Sri Hanuman Prathistha has been carefully rendered in order to highlight the Ashtamsa or the eight virtues.Pilgrims throng this temple on Saturdays and Sri Hanuman is worshipped as one who removes Grahadosha from the Bhaktas and bestows navagraha phala.The temple also has a shrine for Siddhi Buddhi Sametha Sri Ganapathy and is regarded as the Parihara sthalam for Ragu and Ketu.
