The Madcap Laughs is the debut solo album by the English singer-songwriter Syd Barrett. It was recorded after Barrett had left Pink Floyd in April 1968. The album had a chequered recording history, with work beginning in mid-1968, but the bulk of the sessions taking place between April and July 1969, for which five different producers were credited − including Barrett, Peter Jenner (1968 sessions), Malcolm Jones (early-to-mid-1969 sessions), and fellow Pink Floyd members David Gilmour and Roger Waters (mid-1969 sessions). Among the guest musicians are Willie Wilson from (Gilmour's old band) Jokers Wild and Robert Wyatt of the band Soft Machine.
The Madcap Laughs, released in January 1970 on Harvest in the UK, and on Capitol Records in the US, enjoyed minimal commercial success on release, reaching number 40 on the UK's official albums chart, while failing to hit the US charts. It was re-released in 1974 as part of Syd Barrett (which contained The Madcap Laughs and Barrett). The album was remastered and reissued in 1993, along with Barrett's other albums, Barrett (1970) and Opel (1988), independently and as part of the Crazy Diamond box set. A newly remastered version was released in 2010.
Feel is first album released by a Polish pop rock band Feel. The album has earned Diamond certification in Poland.
"Feel" (stylized as feel) is a smooth R&B song by Japanese singer and songwriter Kumi Koda. For the song, she worked closely with composer Hitoshi Shimono, who had composed the instrumental. The single is Kumi's sixth single in her 12 Singles Collection and charted at #1 on Oricon with 39,110 copies sold within the first week. As with some of the other singles released in the collection, feel was limited to 50,000 copies.
The song also became Koda Kumi's second song to have a chorus completely in English (first being 24, which was also written and composed by Hitoshi Shimono).
The music video for the single tied into the four others in the storyline: Candy feat. Mr. Blistah, you, Lies and Someday/Boys♥Girls.
The love interest in the music video was played by Shugo Oshinari. Shugo Oshinari is best known for his portrayals of Teru Mikami in the Death Note TV series and Takuma Aoi in Battle Royale II: Requiem.
As with the other 11 singles in this collection, this single cover represents a stylized version of a traditional dress from a culture; this time it draws its inspiration from Spain and the costume of matadors.
The British Youth Band Association, or BYBA, was formed in 1974 by David Loader, John Johnson and Glen Carter. It aims to promote the marching band activity, to encourage the social aspects of bands and to enhance personal development through all aspects of bands. BYBA has also set up rules for contests, and divided all marching bands into classes. The 1992 season saw 117 units marching across the Novice, Contest, Championship and Premier Classes. By the 2003 season, the system had changed into 40 units marching across Divisions 1,2,3,4 and the Cadets league. The 2007 season saw Division 4 renamed as the Junior Division, and the introduction of the Associate division, allowing for units of any age. As of the 2008 season, BYBA runs eight summer contests annually, as well as the National Championships, an Individual & Ensembles Showcase, the 'On The Road' Tour, the Festival Of Fun & Music, and three regional concerts (Northern, Southern, and Midlands). In 2014, The class system was changed to the Premier Class, Championship Class, Associate Class, Traditional Class and Cadet Class
Equinox (Terrance Sorenson) is a fictional character, a supervillain appearing in publications from Marvel Comics.
Equinox, the Thermodynamic Man, first appeared in Marvel Team-Up vol. 1 #23 (July, 1974), and was created by Len Wein and Gil Kane. He also appeared in Giant-Size Spider-Man #1, also in July 1974, and a two-part story in Marvel Team-Up vol. 1 #59-60 (July–August 1977).
After a nearly twenty year hiatus, the character subsequently appeared sporadically, appearing in Marvel Comics Presents #147 (February 1994), Code of Honor #1 (January 1997), Spider-Man Unlimited #12 vol. 2 (January 2006), and Heroes for Hire vol. 2 #1 (October 2006). A Skrull impersonator of Equinox appeared in Avengers: The Initiative #12 (June 2008), and #18.
Equinox received an entry in the All-New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A-Z #4 (2006).
Equinox is an African-American youth who gained superhuman powers due to accidental exposure to his father's malfunctioning equipment after a lab accident. (His mother is Margay Sorenson, head of natural sciences at Bard College.)
Equinox is the twenty-third studio album by Omar Rodríguez-López as a solo artist. Although Rodriguez-Lopez Productions intended to release the album on December 28, 2012 (which is the date listed on the Bandcamp page), it was only made available on January 1, 2013. Equinox is the first Mars Volta-related release since 2009's Xenophanes to feature band's ex-drummer Thomas Pridgen. The instrumental tracks to the songs "Oír Hasta Júpiter" and "Mermaid Grapefruit" were first heard on the soundtrack to the 2007 film El Búfalo de la Noche for which Omar wrote the score in 2005-2006.
Since 2014 the album is no longer available to purchase officially, as Rodriguez-Lopez's Bandcamp page has been taken down after a split with Sargent House label.
On the 11th of April 1969, this song was recorded at EMI Studios. In the fall of 69 Mick Rock did the photo shoot for the album at his Earl's Court flat where he shared an apartment with Duggie Fields and his girlfriend the beautiful creature called "Iggy". This video was made for Evelyn "Iggy" Rose and The Church of Iggy the Inuit. Thanks to Sky Apache for doing-up some of the photos for this production.

I feel as volatile as the weather
Over fields of Scottish heather
The night before Halloween
You know I feel like
A catamaran in summer
The beat of a reggae drummer
The flag of a brigantine
This is the day when
All of my dreams came true
This is the day when
All of my life till now
Seemed oh so blue
You know I feel like
A plate of the earth in motion
A storm on the Indian Ocean
A shake of a tambourine
This is the day when
All of my feelings changed
This is the day when
All of my life till now
Seemed oh so strange
You know I feel like a bird of
A different feather
A trail that runs forever
Though a forest of evergreen
