International is an adjective (also used as a noun) meaning "between nations".
International may also refer to:
The International Harvester S-Series "Schoolmaster" is a Type C (conventional) bus chassis that was manufactured by International Harvester and then Navistar International from 1979 to 1989. In 1989, the S-Series was updated and renamed the International 3800. It was used primarily as a cowled chassis for both school bus and commercial bus applications; it also was the basis for the front and rear-engine stripped chassis that International uses for bus applications as well.
Introduced in 1979 to replace the Loadstar bus chassis, the S-Series was produced in two distinct generations. In 1989, all versions of the S-Series were updated; both versions were offered that year. The 3800 was produced until 2004, outliving other versions of the S-Series/4000-Series by three years. In production for 25 years, the S-Series bus chassis was the longest produced model ever made by International; it was also the last designed by International Harvester before the transition to Navistar.
The International 500 Snowmobile Race, commonly known in Michigan as "The I-500", takes place annually in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, which is also known as The Soo. It is known across the country, and is also known to be the largest, longest single day snowmobile race in the world.
The idea for the I-500 came about in 1968. Several businessmen were discussing the Indianapolis 500, and the question rose of whether or not a snowmobile could run for 500 miles. The idea became a plan for a race patterned off the Indy 500 for snowmobiles.
A section of land was acquired from the city of Sault Ste. Marie on which to build the track. The site was originally an ammunitions dump for Fort Brady during World War II. It posed a problem for the newly created I-500 Committee, because three concrete ammunitions bunkers were still on the property. The help of the National Guard was enlisted, and two of the bunkers were destroyed (the third remains to this day). In less than six months, a crew composed entirely of volunteers had completed the mile-long track.
Unity is a graphical shell for the GNOME desktop environment developed by Canonical Ltd. for its Ubuntu operating system. Unity debuted in the netbook edition of Ubuntu 10.10. It was initially designed to make more efficient use of space given the limited screen size of netbooks, including, for example, a vertical application switcher called the launcher, and a space-saving horizontal multipurpose top menu bar.
Unlike GNOME, KDE Software Compilation, Xfce, or LXDE, Unity is not a collection of applications but is designed to use existing programs.
Unity is part of the Ayatana project, an initiative to improve the user experience within Ubuntu. In addition to Unity, there are Application Indicators and other projects such as MeMenu, the notification system and the application NotifyOSD gathered.
The Unity user interface consists of several components:
Unity is the 4th studio album by Israeli jazz bassist Avishai Cohen, released in 2001.
The album presents a project named "The International Vamp Band", a band with five members (not including Cohen), from four different countries: Avi Lebovich and Yagil Baras from Israel, Diego Urcola from Argentina, Antonio Sanchez from Mexico, and Yosvany Terry from Cuba.
The musical genre of the album is inspired by all four cultures, and it combines the roots of Jazz, Latin, Classical Music and Worldbeat. The album and the band names refers to this combination of international styles, and it delivers a message of unity and world peace.
In this album Cohen lays down the double bass, his specialty, in favor of the piano (the first instrument he had learned). Baras, who also played in Cohen's album Colors of 2000, replaces him on the double bass.

Unity is the second album for Australian band George.
The band recorded the album in Byron Bay during 2003. The album was produced by David Nicholas assisted by Justin Tresidder. Melbourne composer Paul Grabowsky also assisted with orchestral and horn arrangements.
Bassist Paulie Bromley said on the band's web site that the album reflects the band's growth since their first album Polyserena:
Songwriter, vocalist, keyboardist and guitarist Tyrone Noonan said that the songwriting was more mature:
Katie Noonan says on the band's web site that the title reflects the band's approach on the album:
Still Real was released preceding the album in November 2003 and reached number 37 on the ARIA Charts. The songs "Jaded" and "One" were both released as promotional singles. The album itself debuted at number 5 on the ARIA Charts on 1 March 2004.
Equinox (also known as The Equinox... A Journey into the Supernatural, and released on home video as The Beast) is a 1970 American independent horror film directed by Dennis Muren and Jack Woods, and starring Edward Connell, Barbara Hewitt, Frank Bonner, and award-winning science fiction/horror writer Fritz Leiber. The plot focuses on four teenagers having a picnic in the canyons of California who stumble upon an ancient book containing secrets of a strange world that exists alongside humans, and consequently unleash a plethora of evil creatures and monsters.
Made on a budget of a mere six thousand dollars in 1967, Equinox initially gained a reputation as a midnight movie during its theatrical run, but has in later years been noted for its economical yet sophisticated use of stop-motion special effects and cel animation, which were provided by Dave Allen and Jim Danforth; the latter later worked on Flesh Gordon, in which he animated a giant monster similar to the ones in Equinox. The film has been influential to the horror and sci-fi monster genres, receiving praise from filmmaker George Lucas and effects artist Ray Harryhausen; the film has also been noted as a main inspiration for Sam Raimi's The Evil Dead (1983). It was released on DVD by The Criterion Collection in 2006.
