Season 6 of Every Third Thursday (ETT) is here! Shape Shifting in a slightly new direction this year we tackle new board concepts, new collaborations and the opportunity to build a few boards that ultimately have the potential to make it to the production line and in our case Signal’s new Snowboard Subscription. Sure, some board builds this year may be too far out there for the public, but after five years and 53 concept boards it’s time to dig deep and come up with a new season that inspires, entertains and has a lot of fun along the way!

In this video I go over the installation of a short throw shifter/ short shifter (Torque Solution) in my Nissan 350Z. I tend to always put an after market short throw shifter in my vehicles, because I'm always left wanting more as far as driver feel goes. This is probably because most factory vehicles have to be set up for ease and have to feel soft for the masses, also I tend to buy my vehicles used so there's probably a little bit of wear.
Thus I change the part. I love the feel of a good quality shifter. The throws are the right distance, and you get this incredible positive feel when changing gears because the materials are higher quality and the tolerances are tighter.
If you are on a budget and you don't know what to do to you car, change the shifter!

SHH sent us one of there duel mode shifters to review, what makes the SHH shifter stand out is that not only is it 3D printed but gives drivers the ability to quickly switch from H pattern to sequential mode in a flash.
We have had the shifter for over a month now and have realy put it through its paces driving Assetto Corsa , Dirt Rally, iRacing, Rfactor 2 and Race Room Racing experience with the device.
Our conclusion is that for the price so long as you swap out the default gear nob ;) you cannot get a better shifter.
SHH Offer the shifter with multiple adapters making it possible to bolt directly to a rig or simply clamp to a table. For the review of the rig we picked the table mount as we felt this is what most people would pick.

I tend to always put an after market short throw shifter in my vehicles, because I'm always left wanting more as far as driver feel goes. This is probably because most factory vehicles have to be set up for ease and have to feel soft for the masses, also I tend to buy my vehicles used so there's probably a little bit of wear. Thus I change the part. I love the feel of a good quality shifter. The throws are the right distance, and you get this incredible positive feel when changing gears because the materials are higher quality and the tolerances are tighter. SHH sent us one of there duel mode shifters to review, what makes the SHH shifter stand out is that not only is it 3D printed but gives drivers the ability to quickly switch from H pattern to sequential mode in a flash.
We have had the shifter for over a month now and have realy put it through its paces driving Assetto Corsa , Dirt Rally, iRacing, Rfactor 2 and Race Room Racing experience with the device.
Our conclusion is that for the price so long as you swap out the default gear nob ;) you cannot get a better shifter.
SHH Offer the shifter with multiple adapters making it possible to bolt directly to a rig or simply clamp to a table. For the review of the rig we picked the table mount as we felt this is what most people would pick.

North Korea appears to have fired a ballistic missile from a submarine off its eastern coast, South Korea says. It is not clear whether the test was authentic, and if it was, whether it will be considered a success by the North. Fiat Chrysler has announced a global recall of more than 1.1 million SUVs and sedans with European-style electronic shifters to prevent the vehicles from moving if a driver forgets to put the vehicles in park ... The shifter rests in the middle, and the user cycles either up or down through park, reverse, neutral drive and low as desired....

In a major transmission-related recall, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Friday recalled more than a million Jeep Grand Cherokees, Dodge Chargers and Chrysler 300s because of a shifter problem. The problem vehicles are equipped with European-style electronic shifters whose console-mounted gearshifts may seem like they are in “Park,” but they are not ...
