The Programming Committee provides oversight of the station’s programming and schedule, its quality, and fulfillment of our mission.
A Programmer is a person with regular and ongoing responsibility for presentation of a radio show aired on KKFI 90.1 FM and who contributes on a regular basis (or fill-in basis) to the content of a radio show, including but not limited to producers, engineers, announcers, disc jockeys and writers.
Any person who wishes to become a Programmer must agree to contribute regular and reliable volunteer work to the corporation (currently four hours of which at least two must be non-show hours), and have read and agree to support our Mission and Philosophy Statements. Regular service is defined as performing a minimum number of hours, as recommended by the Programming Committee and approved by the Board, of volunteer service to the corporation each month for a minimum of six months.

The KKFI Finance Committee meets monthly. The meetings are open to the public.
The Finance Committee produces an annual budget and monthly financial statements, along with narrative reports on all financial matters.

The KKFI Board of Directors meets the fourth Wednesday of every month, unless the meeting conflicts with a holiday. The board discusses station business and on-air programming. The meetings are open to the public and include reports from the fund development, special events, programming and membership committees, among other reports.
