Dame Jennifer Susan "Jenni" Murray, DBE (née Bailey; born 12 May 1950) is an English journalist and broadcaster, best known for presenting BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour since 1987.
Murray was born in Barnsley in Yorkshire and attended Barnsley Girls High School, a grammar school, leaving with A levels in French, English and History. She has a degree in French and Drama from the University of Hull.
Murray joined BBC Radio Bristol in 1973 before becoming a reporter and presenter for local news programme South Today. She was a newsreader and later one of the presenters of the BBC's Newsnight television programme for two years from 1983 before moving to Radio 4 to present the Today programme. She took over from Sue MacGregor as presenter of Woman's Hour in 1987. She has also presented Radio 4's The Message and written for magazines and newspapers including the Daily Express and the Daily Mail.
She has also written books, including The Woman's Hour: A History of Women Since World War II; Is It Me or Is It Hot In Here: A Modern Woman's Guide to the Menopause; That's My Boy and Memoirs of a Not So Dutiful Daughter.
Julie Bindel (born 20 July 1962) is an English writer, feminist and co-founder of the group Justice for Women, which opposes violence against women. In 2010 she entered The Independent's "Pink List" as 89th of the top 101 most influential gay and lesbian people in Britain. Her first book, Straight Expectations, was published in 2014. She writes regularly for The Guardian.
Bindel's areas of interest are lesbian rights, opposition to the sex industry, anti-trafficking and defending female victims of domestic violence, which has included being involved in law reform. Bindel refers to herself as a political lesbian feminist. She does not support same-sex marriage and argues that it would be preferable to have governments and courts not concern themselves with any concept of "marriage", and only regulate civil partnerships for both same-sex and opposite-sex couples.

Broadcaster Dame Jenni Murray has been criticised after suggesting men who have had sex-change operations should not claim to be "real women". Writing for the Sunday Times, the Woman's Hour host said it takes more than a sex change and make-up to lay claim to womanhood. Kate gives her reaction in this video.

DEBORAH VOIGT http://www.arshtcenter.org/en/Tickets... Knight Concert Hall Friday, November 15, 2013, 8:00pm Soprano Deborah Voigt has been hailed as quite simply "awesome" by The New York Times, and her recent portrayal of Wagner's Bruenhilde has been seen around the world live in HD "Live from the Met" and now in Blu-Ray. Her searing performance in the Metropolitan Opera's new production of The Ring of the Nibelungs was praised by The Huffington Post for "the emotional intensity of her portrayal...so moving and convincing that tears streamed down the critic's face." A popular hostess as well as star of multiple PBS broadcasts, the irrepressible, immensely likable diva has been hailed not only as today's reigning Wagnerian soprano, but also in a wide range of challenging roles from Puc...

I was interviewed (along with the ultra-left-wing 'comic' writer John O'Farrell) on 'Woman's Hour' this morning. Jenni Murray, the veteran feminist presenter, was very professional before, during, and after the discussion, although I'd have liked her to challenge my opponent on some of his more outrageous statements. O'Farrell engaged in shaming tactics and personal attacks - comparing what our party is trying to do (to defend men's human rights) with the objectives of the KKK in relation to slavery - and offered opinions masquerading as facts. O'Farrell recently stood as the Labour candidate at the Eastleigh by-election, and made a very poor showing. Maybe this had something to do with the constituency being near Southampton, the city from which a flotilla sailed taking service personn...

From 6-8-2014 Singing by Jennie Murray, Yvonne Crace, and Megan Harman Acts 5:12-14 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch. And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
From 7-27-2014 Singing by Fairview Choir, Jason Rice, Megan Harman, and Jennie Murray. Habakkuk 2:1-3 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Pastor Joe Harman with the sermon from Psalm 34:4,7,15,18-22 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. Singing by Julie Harless, Jennie Murray, Will and Yvonne Crace, Megan Harman, and Jason Rice. Sermon By Pastor Joe Harman from Luke 12:1-7 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye sha...

back to you
it always comes around
back to you
I tried to forget you
I tried to stay away
But it's too late
over you
I'm never over
over you
something about you
It's just the way you move
the way you move me
I'm so good at forgetting
and I quit every game I've played
but forgive me love
I can't turn and walk away
back to you
it always comes around
back to you
I walk with your shadow
I'm sleeping in my bed
with your silhouette
should have smiled in that picture
if it's the last that I'll see of you
it's the least that you could not do
oh I will
leave the light on
I'll never give up on you
leave the light on
for me too
back to me
I know that it comes
back to me
doesn't it scare you
your will is not as strong
as it used to be
