WMO - Black diesel fuel made at home using waste motor oil, waste transmission fluid, waste power steering fluid, used cutting oil and gear lube. I thin mine with at leat 15% RUG and no more than 20% RUG (regular unleaded gas) at max. The gas thins out the oil to get it closer to the viscocity of #2 pump diesel. It also allows a lot of the contaminants in the oil to fall to the bottom so it can be drained off. Then i filter the remaining cleaner oil mix through a 10 micron water seperator filter and a 2 micron fuel filter. I filter 15 gallon batches into my fuel tank and then add 15 gallons of diesel. I am getting between 18 and 20 MPG on this mix. I was at 16 - 18 on #2 pump diesel alone. WMO gives me better MPG! Keep in mind my oil is all clean and carefully selected. I dont get much sludge out of my oil. and it has almost no water if any at all. I will be getting a centrifuge soon. then i will be comfortable taking in oil that is possibly not as clean as what i get now. I can only get 15 gallons a week now, so I have been using this process. I have made connections with a auto shop, so as soon as my centrifuge gets here I will start using a stronger blend of oil and less diesel to save more money. This information is for the people looking to get started simple and cheep. I have been running this oil for over 3,000 miles / 2 months and im still experimenting. so far it is going great. Im saving at least $50 per fill up including the cost of filtering. with the help of my Cousin Ronnie, I Built this WMO processor for less than $200. the first four batches have more than payed for the system i built. I already have a standing offer for $350 if i decide to sell it after i get a centrifuge system. What do you guys think about the 55GPH PA biodiesel centrifuge systems? i only need to process 30 Gallons a week. I think im about to buy a complete system with barel. I love burning the oil and my truck seems to like it. so i figure the centrifuge will clean the oil even better and quickly pay for itself anyways. please give your feedback. This oil will be spilt somewhere or burned in a less efficent ship engine if i dont use it. If all you can contribute is some Bull about the anti friction agents in the ATF doing damage to the IP. Get lost, thtas a load of Bull.
